Current to 13 Oct 26Helen Marsden agreed to a check-in with Daniel Okafor, suggested Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon the week after next, and asked him to bring the source for the complaints figures. Mostly scheduling.
Ask: Helen wants a call the week after next, as the arrears section is still being finalised. She also asks for the source of the complaints figures to hand.
Customer view: the call is useful, and she again wants to show the board where figures come from rather than describe them.
Next: Daniel needs to confirm a slot and prepare the complaints source. He also still holds a note to revisit how repairs and arrears figures line up.

- Daniel Okafor 19 Nov 2025 08:46Hello Helen, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get our next check-in in the diary before the end of the year gets busy for everyone. Just to close the loop on where we left things last time: I still have a note to look again at how the repairs and arrears figures line up with what goes into your board pack, and I would like to hear how your team is finding it since then. Would you have thirty minutes early next week or the week after? I am happy to fit around your board cycle, as I know you will have your own deadlines. Best wishes, Daniel
- Helen Marsden 20 Nov 2025 15:02Hello Daniel, Thanks for this, and apologies for the slow reply. Yesterday was taken up with the board-pack drafting. A call would be useful. Next week is difficult, as the arrears section is still being finalised. The week after is better. Tuesday morning or Thursday afternoon would suit me. If possible, could you have the source for the complaints figures to hand? The board will ask where they come from, and I would rather be able to show them than describe them. Kind regards, Helen
