As you may know, I have taken over as your Customer Success Manager at BB-Demo, and I would like to arrange a check-in so we can get properly acquainted and make sure I understand where things stand for you and the team. Just so we're aligned, here is what I have in front of me from the notes Daniel left: - Calderbrook is on the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users. - The main use of the brain is the board-ready picture across tenant calls, repairs, complaints and rent arrears. - The repairs counts were a point of concern in the autumn, and you and Paul had shared job references with Daniel. I can see nothing currently open with our support team, but I would rather hear it from you than assume everything is settled. I've logged the repairs counts as something to go through first, so please tell me whether it is still a worry for the board pack, and whether anything has moved since. Could you suggest a couple of times in the next week or two that suit you? I am happy to work around your board reporting. If you would like Paul to join, I will include him. An hour should be plenty, and I will send a short agenda beforehand so nothing is a surprise. Many thanks, Esther
