Esther Quaye, who has taken over from Daniel Okafor, asks Helen Marsden for a check-in and says she has logged the repairs counts as the first topic. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Esther wants a couple of times in the next week or two and offers to include Paul and send an agenda. She asks whether the repairs counts are still a worry for the board pack.

Customer view: none, as Helen has not replied in this thread.

Next: this is mainly a handover and scheduling message. Esther is relying on Daniel's notes and sees nothing open with support, which she says she would rather hear from Helen.

Dear Helen, I hope you are well. As you may know, I have taken over as your Customer Success Manager at BG-Demo, and I would like to arrange a check-in so we can get properly acquainted and make sure I understand where things stand for you and the team. Just so we're aligned, here is what I have in front of me from the notes Daniel left: - Calderbrook is on the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users. - The main use of the brain is the board-ready picture across tenant calls, repairs, complaints and rent arrears. - The repairs counts were a point of concern in the autumn, and you and Paul had shared job references with Daniel. I can see nothing currently open with our support team, but I would rather hear it from you than assume everything is settled. I've logged the repairs counts as something to go through first, so please tell me whether it is still a worry for the board pack, and whether anything has moved since. Could you suggest a couple of times in the next week or two that suit you? I am happy to work around your board reporting. If you would like Paul to join, I will include him. An hour should be plenty, and I will send a short agenda beforehand so nothing is a surprise. Many thanks, Esther
