As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Helen Marsden says the board pack arrears section still does not reconcile to the housing management system, and fewer colleagues are using the brain while IT discusses an in-house platform. She wants this raised openly in the review.
Ask: Helen wants the source for each arrears figure, not just totals, so she can show the board where each number comes from.
Customer view: she volunteered that usage has fallen and that IT is discussing an in-house platform. She is not leading it, but wants it discussed openly.
Next: Thursday mid-morning is her preference, though she would not promise it until the board papers are settled. The thread does not show whether the contract was renewed after its term.

- Esther Quaye 10 Sep 2025 09:30Dear Helen, I hope you are well. I'm writing to find a time for your next quarterly review, and just so we're aligned on what it should cover, here is what I have logged so far: - Board pack reconciliation: the open points you raised on the arrears and repairs sections. - Usage across your team and how it compares with the previous quarter. - Connectors and refresh: confirming that everything is loading as you expect. - Anything you would like us to prepare in advance. Would Tuesday or Thursday next week suit you? An hour should be enough, and I can send the usage summary beforehand so you can read it first. If someone else from your team should join, let me know and I'll add them. Many thanks, Esther
- Helen Marsden 10 Sep 2025 11:04Hello Esther, Thank you for the list. Thursday is better for me, mid-morning if possible, though I would not want to promise it until the board papers are settled. I should be honest about my concern. The arrears section of the board pack still doesn't reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask. I need to be able to show where each figure comes from. Can you show me the source for the arrears figures, and not just the totals? Also, you will see that fewer of my colleagues are using the brain than before. There is a conversation going on in IT about an in-house platform. I'm not leading it, but I would rather you heard it from me than from the usage numbers. I would like us to talk about that openly in the review. Kind regards, Helen
