What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked Helen Marsden for a check-in before the term ended on 1 Sep 2025. She agreed to Friday late morning, one-to-one, and said she could not yet say what happens after 1 Sep 2025.
Ask: Daniel wanted a half-hour check-in and noted that usage had eased over the last few weeks. He put it down to August and asked how the team was finding the brain.
Customer view: Helen attributed the quiet period to leave. She asked for just the two of them and would not commit on what happens after 1 Sep 2025.
Next: Daniel will send a video invite for Friday and bring answers on the board-pack figures, or follow up by the end of the following week.

- Daniel Okafor 19 Aug 2025 08:39Dear Helen, I hope you've had a good summer so far. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary before the current term ends on 1 Sep 2025, just to close the loop on how the brain has been working for your team and whether there is anything you would like us to look at. I have noticed that usage has eased a little over the last few weeks. That's not unusual for August, and I'm not reading anything into it, but it would be good to hear it from you rather than guess. Would Thursday or Friday this week suit you for half an hour? Tell me which time is best and who else from your team you'd like there. How is the team finding it? Best wishes, Daniel
- Helen Marsden 20 Aug 2025 10:26Hi Daniel, Thanks for getting in touch. Friday works better for me, ideally late morning. Thursday is taken up with board-pack preparation. I should say that a few of the team have been on leave, which will explain some of the quiet period. I'd prefer it to be just the two of us for now, as I'm not yet in a position to say much about what happens after 1 Sep 2025. Kind regards, Helen
- Daniel Okafor 20 Aug 2025 11:37Dear Helen, That's perfectly fine. Friday late morning it is, and I'll keep it to the two of us. I'll send an invite shortly with a video link. There is no need to prepare anything. If you do have any questions you'd like answered about the board-pack figures, bring them along and I'll do my best to have the answers ready, or I'll come back to you by the end of the following week with anything I can't answer on the day. Thank you for making the time, and I hope the board-pack preparation goes smoothly. Best wishes, Daniel
