- Tom Ashdown 7 Aug 2025 14:33Hi Helen, Hope your week's going alright. I've put the renewal order form for the Growth tier together and it's ready for signature. It covers 40 users, same as the current term, at £44,000, and it picks up when the existing contract ends on 1 Sep 2025. I'd like to get it signed by Monday so it's tidy before the term rolls over. Nothing has changed on the terms from the current agreement, but have a read and shout if anything looks different to what you expected. I'll confirm any detail you want to check rather than go from memory. If it's easier to run it past someone else on your side first, no drama, just let me know who and I'll send it to them too. Cheers, Tom
- Helen Marsden 8 Aug 2025 16:27Hi Tom, Thanks for sending this over. I've read through the order form and the user number and the amount match what I have on file for the current term. I can't promise signature by Monday. There is a conversation going on above me about our in-house platform plans, and I would rather not guess at the outcome or sign on behalf of people who haven't made the decision. I'd rather tell you that now than leave you waiting. Could you tell me what happens on 1 Sep 2025 if it isn't signed by then? In particular, would the brain keep refreshing, or does access stop? The board will ask, and I'd like to be able to answer from something in writing. I'll come back to you early next week once I know more. Kind regards, Helen
