Helen Marsden agrees to a quarterly review with Paul included and asks for the source of each repairs and complaints figure. She also asks what a clean data handover would look like, in case it is needed.

Ask: Helen wants the repairs and complaints figures reconciled to the housing management system, with the source shown for each, and a description of a clean handover.

Customer view: Usage has been steady and the team finds the brain useful. Reconciliation is her recurring concern, and she says the board will ask about handover.

Next: Paul keeps a record of the repairs errors and will bring it.

Hello Helen, One more note on scheduling, separate from the renewal conversation. You are due a quarterly review, and I think it is worth holding it even with everything else going on. It gives us a proper look at how the brain has been used this quarter, what is working for the repairs and arrears reporting, and anything that needs tidying before the contract end on 1 Sep 2025. It also gives Paul a chance to raise anything from the admin side that has been bothering him. I'd suggest around an hour. Could you let me know which days next week suit you, and whether you'd like Paul there? I'll build the agenda around whatever the board needs from you, so tell me which parts of the pack you'd want to go through. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Yes, let's do it. I would rather we went through it properly than not at all. Tuesday morning next week is best for me, before the BI team's stand-up gets going. Please do include Paul, as he knows the repairs figures better than anyone and he keeps a record of everything that has been wrong with them. I'll ask him to bring it. For the agenda, I'd like us to cover the repairs and complaints figures and where they reconcile to the housing management system and where they don't. Can you show me the source for each of them? I also need a sense of what a clean handover of the data would look like, in case it is needed. I'm not saying that is where we are, but the board will ask, and I would rather be ready. The team finds the brain useful day to day. Usage has been steady. It is the reconciliation that I keep returning to. Kind regards, Helen
