What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asks to book a check-in call. Helen Marsden agrees to early next week, says the board-pack figures are closer but not matching, and will not discuss the wider picture because platform decisions sit with others.
Ask: Daniel wants a check-in before the term ends on 1 Sep 2025, covering day-to-day use, the board-pack figures and who among the 40 licensed users gets value.
Customer view: Helen says the figures are closer but the arrears section still does not match. She wants an analyst present and someone who knows the connector to show the source.
Next: Helen declines to speculate on the platform, which signals the renewal decision is not hers alone.

- Daniel Okafor 1 Jul 2025 14:51Hello Helen, I hope the week has started well. I'd like to book our check-in call, and just to close the loop on the earlier conversations, I want to hear how things have settled since your support request was looked at. Three things I'd like to cover: how the team is finding it day to day, whether the board-pack figures are now reconciling the way you need, and where you would like us to focus before the term ends on 1 Sep 2025. You have 40 licensed users, so I'd also like to understand who is getting value and who is not. Would later this week or early next week suit? I'll come back to you with an invitation as soon as I know. Best wishes, Daniel
- Helen Marsden 2 Jul 2025 15:17Daniel, Thanks. Early next week is better for me, Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. I'd like one of my analysts to join so that you hear it from the people using it. On your list: the figures are closer than they were, but I'll bring the arrears section of the pack with me and go through what still doesn't match. Can you have someone who knows the connector there to show me the source? On the wider picture, I can't say much yet. Decisions about our platform sit with others as well as me, and I'd rather be straightforward about that than guess. Kind regards, Helen
