What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor asked for thirty minutes on the Growth renewal. Helen Marsden agreed but wants it to cover what the platform delivered, with sources for each figure, and flagged internal discussion about platform plans.
Ask: Helen proposed Tuesday or Wednesday morning, ideally around 10:00, the week after next, and wants an invitation for one of those slots.
Customer view: she does not want the call to be only about dates and paperwork, and she mentioned wider internal discussion about platform plans that she would not speak for.
Next: Daniel sends an invitation for one of the slots.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Jun 2025 11:25Hello Helen, Thank you again for your time on our last call. I wanted to pick up one thing just to close the loop: your Growth subscription runs to 1 Sep 2025, so it feels like the right moment to sit down and talk about how the brain has worked for your team and what you would want from the next term. Would you have thirty minutes in the next couple of weeks? I'd like to hear how the team is finding it, and what the board pack needs from us going forward. I can fit around your diary, mornings tend to be easiest for me. I'll come back to you with a calendar invitation as soon as you let me know what suits. Best wishes, Daniel
- Helen Marsden 5 Jun 2025 12:19Daniel, Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, I'm happy to have the conversation, though I should say up front that I don't want it to be only about dates and paperwork. The board will ask what the platform has delivered for the arrears and repairs sections of the pack, and I need to be able to show the source for each figure. I'm out for part of next week. The week after is better, Tuesday or Wednesday morning, ideally around 10:00. If you can send an invitation for one of those I'll accept it. One other point: there is some wider discussion internally about our platform plans. It isn't mine to speak for, so I'd rather we kept to what I can answer on the day. Kind regards, Helen
