What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked for a check-in. Helen Marsden agreed, asked for a usage note showing which of her team ask questions, and wants repairs figures that do not reconcile traced to source.
Ask: Helen wants a usage note before the meeting, showing who on her team is asking questions, plus the source for repairs figures that do not reconcile with the housing management system.
Customer view: she suspects fewer people are using the brain than before. She is tied up with the arrears section of the board pack, so Wednesday or Thursday suits.
Next: Daniel sends the usage note ahead of the check-in and prepares the source trace for the repairs figures.

- Daniel Okafor 7 May 2025 13:53Hello Helen, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to get a check-in into the diary with you and the team, just to see how the brain is sitting alongside the board pack work and how everyone is finding it. Nothing urgent on my side. I would like to hear what is working, what is still fiddly, and whether there is anything you would like us to look at before the summer. I can pull together a short note on how the team has been using it so we are not starting from a blank page. Would sometime next week suit you? An hour is plenty, and I am happy to fit around your board reporting calendar. Best wishes, Daniel
- Helen Marsden 7 May 2025 14:10Hello Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, a check-in would be useful. Next week is possible, though I am tied up on Monday and most of Tuesday with the arrears section of the board pack, so Wednesday or Thursday would be better. If you can send the usage note beforehand, that would help. I would like to see which of my team are actually asking questions and which are not, because I have a feeling it is fewer people than it was. I would also like to go through a couple of the repairs figures that still do not reconcile with the housing management system. Can you show me the source for those? I will ask one of the team to join us as well. Kind regards, Helen
