Daniel Okafor and Helen Marsden book a Tuesday 14:00 check-in. Helen wants the repairs and arrears figures walked back to source before the next board pack, and Paul may join for the repairs part.

Ask: Helen says the figures are much closer than before. She still expects the board to question the repairs section again.

Customer view: she wants to see the source and be certain the numbers reconcile, not just hear assurance. Daniel reported usage climbing and well inside the 40 licensed users.

Next: Helen is to send the board-pack section so Daniel can bring the source records.

Hello Helen, I hope the week is treating you well. I wanted to set up a short check-in, partly to hear how the team is finding the brain now that it has been running for a good while, and partly just to close the loop on a few things we mentioned last time. From my side, usage across the team has been climbing nicely, and you are well within the 40 licensed users. I would like to understand whether the board-pack work is still the main thing people ask it, or whether other teams are starting to come to you for answers. Would half an hour sometime next week suit you? I'm flexible on days, and I can work around your board deadlines. Best wishes, Daniel

Hello Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, a check-in would be useful. Tuesday afternoon is the only really clear slot I have next week, otherwise it will be the week after. The main thing I want to raise is the repairs and arrears figures in the board pack. They are much closer than they were, but the board will ask me about the repairs section again this quarter, so I would like to walk through the source with you and be certain the numbers reconcile before the next pack goes out. Paul may join for the repairs part if that is all right. Kind regards, Helen On 2 Apr 2025, at 14:02, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Would half an hour sometime next week suit you? Hello Helen, Tuesday afternoon works well for me. I have put a hold in the diary for 14:00 and will send the invite over now. Paul is very welcome, and it will help to have him there for the repairs part. If you can send me the section of the board pack you want to go through beforehand, I will make sure I have the source records to hand, so we can show you where each figure comes from rather than just talking about it. Have a good weekend. Best wishes, Daniel
