What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the quarterly review, Daniel Okafor sent the arrears source trail and Helen Marsden confirmed the tenancy figures now reconcile. She prefers starting the join with repairs and wants a session for newer analysts.
Customer view: The source trail was exactly what she needed, and the tenancy figures now reconcile to the housing management system.
Ask: She wants the source for the repeat-repair flag before committing, plus a short session for the two newer analysts.
Next: Daniel should show how the flag is derived and book the session early next week, mornings.

- Daniel Okafor 27 Jan 2025 09:27Hello Helen, Thank you for your time on the call last week, and thank you for bringing the repairs and complaints questions with you. It made the review far more useful than a run through the usage charts would have been. Just to close the loop on what we agreed: - I'll send you the source trail for the arrears figures in your board pack, so you can see which tenancy records each number comes from. - Your team will look at which of the repairs ticket categories you would like joined to the complaints view first. - We noted that activity from your analysts has grown steadily, and you are comfortably inside the 40 licensed users on the Growth plan, so there is room to bring in more of the team if you wish. How is the team finding it day to day? You mentioned a couple of colleagues were still getting used to asking questions in chat rather than building a report, and I would be glad to run a short session for them if that would help. I'll come back to you by the end of this week with the source trail. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
- Helen Marsden 30 Jan 2025 17:10Daniel, Thank you for the summary, and for the source trail, which arrived this afternoon. That is exactly what I needed. I have been through the arrears section of the board pack against it, and the tenancy figures now reconcile to the housing management system, which is what the board will ask about first. On the repairs and complaints join, my preference is to start with repairs, because that is where the committee has pushed hardest. I would like to check one more thing before we commit: can you show me the source for the repeat-repair flag? I want to be sure my team understands how it is derived before we put it in front of anyone. A short session for the two newer analysts would be welcome. Early next week would suit, mornings are best. Kind regards, Helen Helen Marsden Head of Business Intelligence, Calderbrook Housing Group
