Helen Marsden asked for the quarterly review in the week after the board meeting, with two analysts attending and dashboards given proper time. Daniel Okafor agreed and will send an outline.

Ask: Helen wants an hour, with two analysts who do most of the questioning, and time on the dashboards the team has built.

Customer view: The board will ask whether the dashboards can be relied on, so she needs the source behind each one.

Next: Daniel will send an outline covering usage by team, common questions and dashboard traceability, then a calendar invitation.

Hello Helen, It is time to arrange the quarterly review for Calderbrook. As you are on the Growth tier with forty licensed users, this is where I like to look properly at how the brain is being used across the teams, what the board pack now draws from it, and what you would like from us in the months ahead. I would suggest about an hour, with you and anyone from your team who would find it useful. If a colleague from the housing or repairs side would like to join, I would be glad to have them. Which days are best for you in the next couple of weeks? I will come back to you by Monday morning with a proposed time if that makes it easier. Best wishes, Daniel

Hello Daniel, That is helpful, thank you. An hour is right, and I would like two of my analysts to be there as they are the ones doing most of the questioning now. The weeks either side of the board meeting are difficult for us, so I would prefer the week after it, not before. I would also like to spend part of the hour on the dashboards the team has built, because the board will ask whether they can be relied on and I need to show them the source behind each one. If you can send an outline beforehand, I will share it with the analysts so they come prepared. Kind regards, Helen

Hello Helen, Thank you, that is very clear. I will plan for the week after your board meeting, with you and the two analysts, and I will put the dashboards near the top so we give them proper time. I will send a short outline later this week covering usage by team, the questions being asked most often and how each dashboard traces back to its source. If anything else comes up before then, just tell me and I will fold it in. I will send a calendar invitation shortly. Please say if the time does not suit and I will move it. Best wishes, Daniel
