Helen Marsden agreed a check-in with Daniel Okafor and set out two topics: repairs figures that do not reconcile to the housing management system, and showing the board where each number comes from.

Ask: Helen wants Thursday afternoon for about half an hour. She wants the repairs figures reconciled and a way to show the board each number's source.

Customer view: Usage is rising and colleagues who had not logged in before are now asking questions themselves. She wants to discuss whether that is the right way to go on.

Next: Daniel should prepare the source trail for the repairs figures and a view on wider use of the brain.

Hello Helen, I hope the week has been kind to you. I wanted to put a check-in in the diary for the next couple of weeks, just to close the loop on the points we raised last time and to hear how the team is finding it now that the brain has been in daily use for a while. I'd like to spend most of the time on the board pack, so that I can see which sections you are leaning on the brain for and which still take your team time to reconcile by hand. If you can bring one or two of the awkward figures, I'll make sure we walk through where each one comes from. Would a short call early next week suit you, or is the board cycle making that tricky? I'll work around you. Mornings tend to be easiest on my side, but I'm flexible. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo

Hello Daniel, Thank you for this, and apologies for the slow reply. We were finishing the arrears section of the board pack and I did not want to answer until I knew where my week was going. A check-in would be useful. Later this week would be better than early in the week, and Thursday afternoon is the best of it for me. Could we say about half an hour? Two things I would like to cover, so you can be ready: - the repairs figures in the board pack, where the monthly totals still do not reconcile to the housing management system once complaints are joined in - how we show the board where each number has come from, because the board will ask, and I would rather be able to show them the source The team has been using the brain much more over the last few weeks, which is encouraging, and a couple of colleagues who had not logged in before are now asking questions of it themselves. I would like to talk about whether that is the right way to go on. Kind regards, Helen
