Next: Nell said she would check in with Helen once her team is on the brain, and Tom and Daniel Okafor are lining up the start of the work.

- Nell Ashcombe 19 Aug 2024 15:55Hi Helen, Your first invoice from BG-Demo has been issued today, 19 Aug 2024, and I wanted you to hear it from me rather than only from the finance system. The figures are: £12,000 net, £2,400 VAT, £14,400 gross. It's due on 18 Sep 2024. It should have reached your finance team's mailbox at the same time as this note, but if it hasn't, tell me and I'll make sure it's resent to the right person. One thing worth saying plainly: the invoice follows the order form you signed, and nothing on it is a surprise. If it doesn't match what you expected when you read it, say so and we'll look at it together. Say what happened, say how you know, and we'll put it right if it's on our side. I know the board pack is what you care about most, and Tom and Daniel Okafor are lining up the start of the work. I'll check in with you myself once your team is on the brain. Best, Nell Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo
