As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown sent the Growth order form at £56k. Helen Marsden is happy in principle but wants the subscription and implementation split shown, written confirmation that the housing management system is in scope, and warns the 16 Aug 2024 date is tight.
Ask: Helen needs the two parts of the £56k written down for her executive paper, and written confirmation that the housing management system is a source in scope.
Customer view: the reason for buying is that the arrears and repairs sections of the board pack do not reconcile today. The signature has to come from a director who has not yet seen it.
Next: Tom should answer both points in writing and treat 16 Aug 2024 as unconfirmed. The thread shows no reply from BG-Demo yet.

- Tom Ashdown 14 Aug 2024 11:11Hi Helen, Hope your week's going alright. Following our last conversation, I've attached the order form for Calderbrook for signature. It's the Growth tier, and the total value on the form is £56,000, which covers the subscription and the implementation together. The form itself is the thing to go by on terms, so if anything in this email reads differently, trust the form and tell me. We're pencilling in Friday 16 Aug 2024 for getting it signed, but no drama if your sign-off process needs a bit longer. Just let me know where it's got to. Once it's back with us, Daniel Okafor will pick things up from the customer success side and get your team's onboarding into the diary. He'll want to talk through which of your systems come first, so it'd help if you've a view on that. Any questions on the paperwork, leave that with me. - Helen Marsden 15 Aug 2024 17:11Hi Tom, Thank you for sending this over. I've read it through and I'm happy in principle, but there are two things I need before it goes for signature. First, the board will ask how the £56,000 splits between the subscription and the implementation, so can you show me the source for that split? The order form gives me the total but I'd like to see the two parts written down, so that I can reference them properly in the paper going to our executive. Second, the whole reason we're doing this is so that the figures in the board pack reconcile to the housing management system. The arrears and repairs sections are the ones that don't reconcile at the moment. Can you confirm in writing that the housing management system is covered as one of the sources in scope? I don't want to find out in October that it isn't. On timing, Friday 16 Aug 2024 is tight, as the signature has to come from a director and I haven't yet put it in front of them. I'll try, but please don't hold your forecast to it.
