Helen Marsden answered Tom Ashdown's check on the £56k Growth proposal with three open points: named connectors, a reconciliation acceptance check and terms for adding a team. She will not commit to 16 Aug 2024 until all three are in writing.

Ask: Helen wants the order form to name the live connectors with a timescale, to state that the board pack arrears figures reconcile to the housing management system, and to explain terms for adding another team.

Customer view: the walkthrough helped, and the traceability from figure to source was what she needed. She has not taken the proposal to her executive team and will not until the answers are written.

Next: Tom accepted the first two points. Owen Tallis owes her the pricing answer on an additional team, and the signing date depends on it.

Hi Helen, Thanks again for the time last week. I've copied in Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, who looks after the commercial side with me and will need to sign off anything unusual on terms. Where we are: the Growth proposal stands at a total deal value of £56,000, and we're working towards signing by 16 Aug 2024. Before I draft the order form, I'd like to be sure it says what you need on the connectors going live and on the arrears reconciliation we walked through. Could you tell me which points, if any, are still open for you? That way I can get the wording right first time. Cheers, Tom

Dear Tom, Thank you for the update, and for the walkthrough, which was helpful. The traceability from a figure back to its source was what I needed to see. Three things remain open for me before I can recommend this internally. 1. I would like the order form to name the connectors that will be live, with the timescale, so there is no ambiguity about what we are getting. 2. The arrears figures in section three of the board pack must reconcile to the housing management system. I would like that stated as an acceptance check at the end of implementation. 3. I need to understand what happens to the commercial terms if we want to add another team later. I have not yet taken this to our executive team, and will not until these are answered. Kind regards, Helen

Hi Helen, Thanks, that's clear and very fair. On the first, the order form will list the connectors with a live-within commitment against each, so it's written down. On the second, I'm happy to put the reconciliation in as an acceptance step, and I'll agree the exact wording with our delivery team before it goes to you. On the third, adding a team later is straightforward and handled as a change to the subscription. Owen can confirm how that would be priced, as that's his area and I don't want to quote it from memory. Owen, can you pick up the last point directly with Helen? Cheers, Tom

Dear Tom, Thank you. That answers the first two to my satisfaction, subject to seeing the wording. I will wait for Owen on the pricing for an additional team, and will send the order form to our executive team once I have all three in writing. I cannot commit to the 16 Aug 2024 date until then, but I will let you know as soon as I can. Kind regards, Helen
