As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical thread: Helen Marsden accepts a Wednesday afternoon session on terms and the arrears walkthrough, and will bring a finance colleague and the housing system extracts owner. She asks for an agenda.
Customer view: Helen is widening the audience to finance, because the arrears figures are as much theirs as hers. That suggests the deal is being checked beyond her own team.
Next: Tom sends a short agenda, and the housing system owner may not stay the full hour.

- Tom Ashdown 26 Jul 2024 09:21Morning Helen, Hope your week's been kind. I'd like to get a proper session booked to go through the terms and the arrears walkthrough we talked about, so we're not trying to squeeze it all into a quick call. Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week suit, afternoon ideally? About an hour should do it. If anyone from your side needs to be there, such as someone from finance or the team who own the housing management system, bring them along and I'll make sure the right person from our side is on too. If neither day works, give me what does and I'll fit around you. Cheers, Tom
- Helen Marsden 29 Jul 2024 11:35Dear Tom, Thank you. Wednesday afternoon works for me. I would suggest we start after lunch, as my mornings are taken up with the board-pack deadline. I will ask a colleague in our finance team to join, because the arrears figures are as much theirs as mine. I will also ask the person who looks after the housing management system extracts to be available for the source questions, though I cannot promise they will be able to stay for the whole hour. Could you send me a short agenda beforehand, so I know what to prepare? Kind regards, Helen
