Logistical thread: Tom Ashdown and Helen Marsden fix a Thursday morning walkthrough. Helen asks for Hannah Lowe to attend and for the proposal to list the source systems.

Ask: Helen accepted Thursday morning, after her team's stand-up. She wants Hannah there because the board will ask how repairs and arrears figures are sourced.

Customer view: She is engaged and preparing for board scrutiny, and wants to check the system list against her own.

Next: Tom sends the invite and the proposal lists the systems the brain reads from, with a source-to-page diagram.

Hi Helen, Hope your week has started well. I wanted to get the proposal walkthrough booked while it's fresh. I'd like to take you through the draft section by section, so you can tell me where it needs to say more for the board. I can do Thursday morning or Friday afternoon this week, or anytime early next week if that suits you better. Hannah can join if you'd like the technical side covered, otherwise it'll just be me and you. Let me know what works and I'll send an invite. Best, Tom

Hello Tom, Thank you. Thursday morning would suit me, as long as it is after my team's stand-up. I would like Hannah there, please. The board will ask how the figures in the repairs and arrears sections of the pack are sourced, and I would rather hear it from her than relay it second-hand. Could the proposal also set out which systems the brain would read from, so that I can check it against our own list? Kind regards, Helen

Hi Helen, No drama, Thursday morning it is, and I'll ask Hannah to join. I'll send the invite this afternoon. The proposal will list the systems the brain reads from, and Hannah will bring a diagram showing how each figure gets from source to page. If your list differs from ours, we'll fix it on the day. Cheers, Tom
