Current to 13 Oct 26Nell Ashcombe's recap of the 8 Oct 2026 call with Douglas Baird and Fiona Mackie: a Growth proposal at £50k total deal value, plain-language termination terms, and a decision planned by 29 Jan 2027. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Douglas wants one clear view for trustee calls and member queries. Fiona wants the group to see a practical, standard offer with clear contract exposure.
Customer view: the thread holds only BB-Demo's reading of the call, and there is no customer response in the thread. The 29 Jan 2027 date is a planning date, not a deadline.
Next: send the Growth proposal, split into subscription and implementation, and send Fiona the termination terms. The proposal is an open item until the customer responds.

- Nell Ashcombe 8 Oct 2026 14:49Douglas, Fiona, Thank you both for your time this morning. A short note so we all have the same picture. What I heard: - Douglas: trustee calls and member queries are where Lornefield needs one clear view, and that matters more than anything else on the list. - Fiona: the group needs to be able to show it is practical, standard where it can be, and clear on contract exposure. What we will do: - Put a Growth proposal in front of you both, with a total deal value of £50,000. That figure covers the whole deal, so I will set out in the proposal what is subscription and what is implementation. - Send Fiona our contract and termination terms in plain language, so the group can judge exposure for itself. - Plan around a decision by 29 Jan 2027. That is a planning date, not a deadline, and Douglas will not be hurried. If I have misread anything, tell me and I'll correct it. Tom and Daniel will help with the paperwork on our side. Best, Nell
