Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked for a check-in before the term ended on 30 Nov 2025. Liam Doherty says depot account managers use the brain most days and wants the other depots on it before the new year, with usage evidence to show Mark.
Ask: Liam wants more depots on the brain before the new year and asks Marcus to bring evidence of how the early users work with it. He will take that to Mark Siddall.
Customer view: Liam is positive. He says Dean and other depot account managers are in it most days, which is what he wanted.
Next: Marcus offers a call the next morning. Liam says Tom Ashdown has already been in touch about the order form, so the renewal paperwork is not a concern for him.

- Marcus Bell 24 Nov 2025 09:33Hi Liam, Hope the week's started well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary before the current term ends on 30 Nov 2025, and I've pulled the numbers so we've got something concrete to look at. What I'd like to cover: - how the depot account managers are getting on with the account view - where usage has gone up over the last quarter and who's asking the questions - anything you want from the brain that it doesn't do yet - the renewal paperwork, which Tom is handling Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book 30 minutes this week? I can do Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, whichever suits you better. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 27 Nov 2025 10:28Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days across the depots. Thursday's today so that's gone, how about tomorrow morning? Anything from 09:30 works for me. Good to hear usage is up. Dean and a couple of the other depot account managers are in it most days now, which is what I wanted. One view, that's the point. On the list, I'd like to talk about getting more of the depots on it. Can we get the others on it before the new year? Bring whatever you've got on how the early ones use it and I'll show Mark. Tom's already been in touch about the order form, so no worries there. Cheers, Liam
