Billing and payment

Scope notes
- The subscription covers the Growth tier allowances for users and connectors, with pages, chat, search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- The implementation covers eight weeks of fixed-fee delivery for up to eight connectors, so that customer success can see each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls together.
- Connectors beyond the Growth allowance, additional users and other add-ons are available on request under a separate order.
