The term is one year. Renewal is discussed ahead of the end date between the customer and the BB-Demo customer success manager, and any renewal is agreed in writing.
4. Billing and payment
- Billing frequency: annual, in advance.
- Payment terms: 30 days from the invoice date.
- All amounts are in pounds sterling and exclude any applicable taxes.
- No first-term discount applies to this order.
5. Service levels
The Growth service levels apply, as follows.

- Additional users, additional connectors and add-ons are not included in this order and would be agreed in a separate order form.
- Implementation, where applicable, is covered by the arrangements already agreed between the parties and is not repeated here.
