Body
Carrowkeel Software - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Dated Wednesday 3 June 2026. Not yet shared with Carrowkeel Software.
1. Context
Carrowkeel Software, a Dublin vendor of lettings and property-management software, joined BG-Demo on 15 Aug 2025 on the Growth tier. B-Glass gives its customer success team one place to read support tickets, renewals and product usage per agency group.
The current subscription ends on 14 Aug 2026. This draft sets out the proposed renewal so that the conversation can happen well ahead of that date. Marcus Bell, as customer success manager, will lead the adoption discussion alongside it.
2. Where the account stands
- Contracted annual recurring revenue today is £42k.
- The account has no overdue invoices.
- There have been no support tickets in the last month, and none at high priority.
- Active use is a little down on the prior quarter and sits well below the number of licensed users. That is headroom rather than a problem, but it is the point to talk through with the customer.
3. Proposed renewal

The annual price reflects the current Growth list price. The Growth connector allowance, the dashboards builder and regular quarterly reviews continue as today, under the standard Growth service level.
4. Open points
- Confirm with Marcus Bell how best to explain the move from the current contracted figure of £42k to £50k a year.
- Agree whether the proposal should lead with a short value summary of questions asked and dashboards built.
- Decide whether to raise the gap between active and licensed users as an adoption plan or as a right-sizing question.
5. Next steps
- Sophie Ling to review this draft with Marcus Bell this week.
- Share the final proposal with Carrowkeel Software once the open points are settled.
- Hold the renewal conversation with the customer well before the term ends on 14 Aug 2026.
