BG-Demo onboarding plan issued 1 Jan 2024 by Callie Brennan for a Growth tier brain, contract 28 Dec 2023 to 27 Dec 2024. It states an annual recurring charge of £43k, 50 licensed users, up to eight connectors and an eight-week implementation.

What it is: a final onboarding plan from Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, setting out phases from kickoff to handover. It is a delivery plan, not an order form, and does not itself bind price or service levels.

Commits: "The implementation runs for eight weeks from the start date and covers up to eight connectors." The first full refresh is planned for week three and training for week six. The plan also quotes a contract start of 28 Dec 2023, an end of 27 Dec 2024 and an annual recurring charge of £43k.

Unusual: the 50 users come from "the Growth user allowance plus one additional ten-user pack". The customer must name an admin and give written connector access before each connector starts.

Not settled: the plan states no availability figure, P1 response time, refresh deadline or service credit. It is dated 2024, so it says nothing about the current term, renewal outcome or price. The executed order form is not in this document.

Pentreath Cold Chain - Onboarding Plan

Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Issued: 1 Jan 2024 Status: Final

1. Purpose

This plan sets out how we take Pentreath Cold Chain from contract signature to a working B-Glass on the Growth tier. The goal is that account managers see each client's temperature-excursion tickets, orders and contract reviews together, and that your own admin can run the brain without us.

4. What I need from your side

  1. A named admin who will own the brain day to day.
  2. Written access for each connector before we start it. We do not begin a connector without it.
  3. A list of the people who will be given the licensed seats, so we can load them in one go.
  4. A contact for each source system who can answer field questions quickly.
  5. Agreement on which client views matter most, so we map those fields first.

5. Users

The contract covers the Growth user allowance plus one additional ten-user pack, which gives 50 licensed users in total. We will roll users out by team so that support stays manageable in the first weeks.

6. Before we switch on the refresh

  • Credentials for every connector in the first group are received and checked.
  • Field mappings have been reviewed together and signed off by your admin.
  • The nightly refresh time is confirmed against your working day.
  • Both sides agree who is told if a refresh fails.

7. Success measures

MeasureHow we will look at it

Admin confidenceYour admin completes a refresh and a user change unaided

8. Handover and next steps

At the end of the implementation I will hand over a written setup note covering connectors, mappings and the refresh schedule. Daniel Okafor then takes over adoption and runs the regular reviews with you through the year, up to the renewal conversation ahead of 27 Dec 2024.
