What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final Growth-tier QBR deck presented on 4 Oct 2026 by Elena Novak. It reports rising usage, one ticket in thirty days and no overdue invoices. It states a contract end of 2 Feb 2027 and £50k contracted annual recurring revenue, but gives no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: A final quarterly business review deck, presented on 4 Oct 2026 by Elena Novak for Brenneck Pay, a Growth customer in Frankfurt. It is a status report, not a contract.
Commits: Nothing new. It restates 40 licensed users, EU data location and a contract end of 2 Feb 2027, and refers service levels back to the order form without quoting figures.
Unusual: Nothing off standard terms. The renewal is to be raised "in good time and in writing", with commercial terms led by Matteo Ricci, who the deck names as account owner.
Not settled: Value is unmeasured: the deck lists "A measured saving in time or cost for the merchant teams" as not yet shown. It also does not confirm whether a few people ask most questions, and it states no renewal price.

Body
Brenneck Pay - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared for Brenneck Pay by BB-Demo
Presented on 4 Oct 2026 by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU Account owner: Matteo Ricci Status: Final
Agenda
To confirm, this review covers the following points, as agreed:
- Where the account stands today
- How the brain is being used
- Support and service health
- Value delivered and what we have not yet measured
- Plan for the coming quarter and the renewal

Brenneck Pay bought Growth so that merchant account managers and merchant risk colleagues work from one view of each merchant. The data stays in an EU region, as agreed at the start of the engagement.
Usage: how the brain is being used
Read the whole document (5,063 characters)
- Active users over the last thirty days average roughly a third of the licensed users. That leaves clear headroom within the current allowance.
- Active users are up on the previous quarter. The trend is the encouraging part: more people are choosing to ask the brain rather than reconcile merchant records by hand.
- Adoption is led by the merchant account management and merchant risk teams, which is the purpose the brain was bought for.
What this tells us: the user base is growing from a sensible starting point. The licence is not under pressure, and there is room to bring in more colleagues before any upgrade conversation is needed.
Support and service health
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | One |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
One ticket in a month, with nothing urgent, is what we would expect from a settled account. To confirm, I read this alongside the rising usage: a growing user base with very few tickets suggests the brain is meeting day-to-day needs rather than going quiet.
Service levels for Growth apply as set out in the order form: the standard Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority incidents, and the nightly refresh finished before the working day begins in Frankfurt.
Value delivered
What we can see today:
- More people are using the brain than last quarter.
- Merchant account managers and merchant risk can answer questions from the same view of each merchant.
- The account is paid up and has no open urgent issues.
What the evidence does not yet show:
- A measured saving in time or cost for the merchant teams
- Which questions matter most to risk colleagues compared with account managers
- Whether any teams outside the original scope would benefit
I will make sure that we capture these in the next review, with input from Brenneck Pay, so that the value case rests on what your teams tell us and not only on usage counts.
Opportunities
- Wider adoption within Growth. There is unused licence capacity. Bringing more merchant-facing colleagues onto the brain is the simplest way to raise value without any change in contract.
- Dashboards. The dashboards builder is included in Growth. A few shared views for merchant risk would make the monthly review easier to prepare.
- Future needs. If new teams or additional systems join later, we can discuss extra users or connectors. Nothing in current usage requires this now.
Risks to watch
- Key-person concentration. We should confirm whether a small number of people ask most of the questions. If so, we should broaden the group of regular users.
- Renewal timing. The contract ends on 2 Feb 2027, so the renewal conversation will fall in the coming months. We will raise it in good time and in writing.
- Regulatory change. As a supervised institution, Brenneck Pay may need to evidence how data is held and used. We can support this with documentation on the EU region setup if you ask.

Close
Thank you for your time and for the openness of your teams. Brenneck Pay is in a healthy position: usage is rising, support is quiet and invoices are settled. The priority for the next quarter is to turn that momentum into a clear, evidenced statement of value.
Kind regards, Elena
