What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal dated 18 Jun 2026 to move Brenneck Pay from Growth to Enterprise at one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year, against £50k today. It states 99.9% availability and a thirty-minute P1 response, and binds no one until an order form is executed.
What it is: a proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, to Katrin Vogelsang and Matthias Ebner. It says "This proposal is issued for review and does not bind either party until an order form is executed under the master agreement."
Commits: nothing yet. It sets out Enterprise at one hundred and fifty users, twenty connectors, ninety-nine point nine per cent availability and a thirty-minute P1 first response, with credits for availability and data freshness.
Unusual: the text states the price in words, not digits, and gives the implementation fee as "stated in the order form". It also promises "We will not ask for signature ahead of that review."
Not settled: the upgrade start date against the term ending 2 Feb 2027, the connector list, the implementation fee and timeline, and which teams get users. The signature block is blank, so the document is an open item, not contracted paper.

Body
Brenneck Pay - Proposal
Enterprise upgrade for B-Glass, with EU data residency
Prepared for: Katrin Vogelsang, Head of Merchant Operations, and Matthias Ebner, Chief Operating Officer, Brenneck Pay
Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo
Date: Thursday 18 June 2026
Status: Final
Context
Brenneck Pay joined BG-Demo on Tuesday 3 February 2026 on the Growth tier, so that merchant account managers and merchant risk could work from one view of each merchant, with the data kept in an EU region. The current contracted annual recurring revenue is £50k, for forty licensed users, and the current term runs to 2 Feb 2027.
Since go-live, adoption has been strong. Active users have more than doubled against the prior quarter. Support has been quiet: two tickets in the last thirty days, one of them high priority, and your invoices are all paid on time. I would rather you heard the commercial picture from me plainly: the team is using the brain more than the Growth tier was sized for, and a supplier supervised by BaFin will want stronger commitments than Growth carries.

This proposal sets out what moving to Enterprise would give Brenneck Pay, what it would cost, and what we still need to confirm in writing.
What you asked us to solve
- One view of each merchant that account management and merchant risk both trust, with a source behind every answer.
- Evidence you can show an auditor or the regulator about how the data is held, refreshed and governed.
- A supplier relationship that fits the outsourcing register: clear service levels, a clear exit plan and predictable cost.
- Room for more teams and more systems to be connected as merchant volumes grow.
Proposed scope: Enterprise
| Item | Today (Growth) | Proposed (Enterprise) |
|---|---|---|
| Users | forty licensed users | one hundred and fifty users |
| Connectors | eight | twenty |
| Availability service level | the Growth service level | ninety-nine point nine per cent |
| P1 first response | the Growth service level | thirty minutes |
| Service credits | availability only | availability and data freshness |
| Single sign-on and SCIM | not included | included |
| Executive sponsor | not included | included |
| Premium support and Sandbox | not included | included |
| Data residency | EU region | EU region, unchanged |
The brain continues to run inside Brenneck Pay's own Snowflake account, so the data stays where your governance already applies.
Service levels and freshness credits
The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days, on every tier. What changes with Enterprise is what happens when we miss it.
- Availability: ninety-nine point nine per cent, with a service credit calculated on one month's fee for each month with a breach.
- Data freshness: on Enterprise, a stale brain is also credited. On Growth, a brain answering on stale data counts as available and is not credited. For a merchant risk team, that difference matters.
- P1 response: first response within thirty minutes, rather than the Growth commitment.
Let me confirm that in writing: the service levels above will be stated in the order form itself, and the executed order form is what governs.
Pricing
| Line | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, one hundred and fifty users, twenty connectors | one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year |
| EU data residency | retained on the existing basis |
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, in GBP, on standard payment terms. A one-off implementation fee applies to the Enterprise scope, including support for your security review, and will be stated in the order form. For comparison, the current Growth subscription is £50k a year.
Governance and security review
Enterprise includes security review support, and we know your information security and procurement teams will want to complete their work before anything is signed. We propose to:
- send the security questionnaire responses and architecture notes to Katrin first, so that every answer has a source;
- provide the exit plan and data return terms in writing for Matthias and the outsourcing register;
- keep minutes of each review session and agree the next step at the end of each one.
We will not ask for signature ahead of that review.
Open points to confirm in writing
- How the upgrade start date relates to the current term ending on 2 Feb 2027.
- The connector list for the twenty connectors, and which are needed first.
- The implementation fee and timeline, once engineering has agreed the plan. I will not commit a date that has not been agreed with them.
- Which teams beyond merchant operations and merchant risk will receive users.
