What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal of 25 Feb 2026 from Matteo Ricci for an Enterprise deployment. It states an annual subscription of £120k and a first-year deal value of £150k including the one-off implementation fee. It is not agreed and states no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a draft proposal, marked "Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed with Hollowmere Care Group." It proposes the Enterprise tier for a company-wide deployment over family and commissioner contact, incident records and fee invoicing.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "Annual subscription, Enterprise" at £120k and a total deal value of £150k, invoiced "annually in advance on 30-day terms". The implementation fee is one-off and not repeated at renewal.
Unusual: the annual price is above the v2 Enterprise list of £125k? No, it is below it; the document does not explain how £120k was reached or whether any discount applies. Service levels are only referred to as the Enterprise service levels, with no figures.
Not settled: the final connector list, the security review timetable and the start date are all open. No order form is referenced, and the evidence does not show whether one was signed.

Body
Hollowmere Care Group - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed with Hollowmere Care Group.
Prepared for: Hollowmere Care Group, Leeds Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success lead: Hollie Grieve Date: 25 Feb 2026
1. Context
Hollowmere Care Group runs residential and nursing care homes across Yorkshire and the North East. Family and commissioner contact, incident records and fee invoices each live in a different system, and today a view of one home means pulling them together by hand.
You asked what it would take to see those three things together, home by home, with the controls a regulated care operator needs.
2. What we propose
B-Glass from BG-Demo: one AI-queryable layer over your systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
We propose the Enterprise tier, because you need a company-wide deployment, single sign-on and user provisioning, and security review support before go-live.
3. Scope
Read the whole document (3,031 characters)
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise subscription, company-wide |
| Sources | Connectors for family and commissioner contact, incident records and fee invoicing, within the Enterprise connector allowance |
| Users | Within the Enterprise user allowance |
| Access | SSO and SCIM |
| Governance | An executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side |
| Security | Security review support during implementation |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee, delivered over the standard Enterprise implementation window |
| Service levels | The Enterprise service levels for availability, first response and data freshness |
4. Outcomes we would work towards
- A single view per home of contact, incidents and fee invoices
- Commissioner and family questions answered from one place
- Fewer hours spent by home and head office staff reconciling systems
We would agree how to measure these with you before work starts, so that the value can be shown at the first review.
5. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Enterprise | £120k |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | £150k |
The annual price is the recurring subscription. The deal value is the first-year total and includes the one-off implementation fee, which is not repeated at renewal. Subscription is invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms.
6. Open points
- Final list of connectors to be confirmed with your IT lead
- Security questionnaire and review timetable to be agreed
- Start date to be agreed once the order form is settled
7. Next steps
- Review this draft with your operations and IT leads.
- Matteo to confirm in writing any changes to scope or price.
- Security review begins in parallel with order form discussion.
- Order form issued under the BG-Demo MSA once scope is agreed.
I would rather you heard any constraint from me early, so please tell me what your regulators and commissioners will need to see.
Best regards, Matteo
