What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Discovery call on 11 Dec 2025 with Wabash Crossing Logistics. Operations and finance both describe stitching data across systems by hand. Matteo Ricci positioned Enterprise and proposed a technical discovery before a proposal.
What happened: Matteo Ricci held a discovery call with Rhonda Stierwalt and Dwayne Kincaid on 11 Dec 2025. Both described the cost of switching between systems.
Customer view: Rhonda said the pain is data fragmentation across Salesforce, the call recorder, Slack and Xero. Dwayne, the finance lead, wants a clean view of revenue, contracts and margins.
Commercial: Matteo positioned Enterprise, quoting roughly one hundred and forty thousand for the first year including build-out. That is a verbal estimate with no proposal or order form behind it.
Watch: Rhonda asked what happens after year one and was told they renew at the Enterprise annual rate. The evidence does not show a renewal figure being given.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Matteo Ricci to send dates for a technical discovery covering Salesforce, data volumes and architecture.
- Matteo Ricci to follow with a detailed proposal including implementation dates.
Risks

- Dwayne, who owns the money question, only said it would be valuable, so the value case is still open.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Enterprise suits company-wide use across sales, operations and finance, with 150 users and 20 connectors.
- Finance questions such as contracts expiring with low margins give a concrete use case for Dwayne.
Transcript
- Matteo RicciGood afternoon, Rhonda and Dwayne, thanks for making time. How are you both?
- Rhonda StierwaltGood afternoon. We're keen to learn more about what the brain can do for us.
- Matteo RicciPerfect. I'd like to understand your world first. Rhonda, you're customer operations, where does the complexity sit for you right now?
- Rhonda StierwaltIt's data fragmentation, honestly. We have Salesforce with our customer accounts and loads of call history in the call recorder. We have Slack conversations about orders. And finance sits in Xero. If someone asks me a question about a customer's history or health, I'm jumping between systems.
- Dwayne KincaidAnd from my side, I can't get a clean view of our revenue, contracts and margins without stitching it all together manually. It costs us time and probably leaves money on the table.
- Matteo RicciThat's exactly where the brain comes in. You connect those sources, Salesforce, your call recorder, Slack, Xero, whatever matters to the business, and you get one queryable layer over all of it. You ask in plain English and you get an answer.
- Rhonda StierwaltWhat kind of questions? Give me an example.
- Matteo RicciLet's say you want to know which of your top fifty customers have open support issues and haven't been called in the last two weeks. The brain answers that in seconds. Or Dwayne asks for contracts expiring in the next ninety days with margins below twenty percent. That's a data question that normally takes your finance team a day.
- Dwayne KincaidThat would be valuable. What would something like that cost?
- Matteo RicciEnterprise is the tier for you, it's built for company-wide use and regulated businesses. I'm thinking roughly one hundred and forty thousand for the first year, which includes the subscription and the build-out, the security review we do, training. Twenty connectors included.
- Rhonda StierwaltHow long does the build-out take?
- Matteo RicciTwelve weeks for Enterprise. We do a security review as part of that, we connect your systems, we train the team, make sure everything is live and stable.
- Dwayne KincaidAnd how many people can use it?
- Matteo RicciOne hundred and fifty users included. Could be across teams: sales, operations, finance, wherever the value sits.
- Rhonda StierwaltWhat happens after year one?
- Matteo RicciYou renew at the Enterprise annual rate. And if you add more connectors or users, we can expand that. But the core contract runs annually.
- Dwayne KincaidOkay. What would the next step be?
- Matteo RicciI'd like to run a technical discovery: understand your Salesforce, your data volumes, your architecture. Then I can put together a more detailed proposal with implementation dates. Does that work?
- Rhonda StierwaltYes, let's do that. When?
- Matteo RicciI'll send you a couple of dates for next week. Fair?
- Dwayne KincaidPerfect. Looking forward to it.
