What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Demo of the brain on Pershore Lane's own ATS, email and call data. Tracy Bullock said they were ready to move forward; Nell Ashcombe promised an order form that week. No price was discussed on the call.
What happened: Tobias Renwick showed the brain answering questions on Pershore Lane's ATS, emails and call recordings. Katy Bourne reacted most strongly to the two-client candidate comparison and the search for candidates who ghosted her.
Customer view: Tracy asked about real-time updates, pipeline reports and the four-week implementation. She accepted read-only ATS access and then said they were ready to move forward.
Commercial: The deal sits on Starter, with search and chat but no dashboards. Dashboards come on Growth, so Tracy's pipeline-by-stage question is a possible later upgrade.
Watch: The evidence does not show that an order form was signed. Nightly refresh was described as sufficient, so freshness expectations should be checked at the six-month check-in.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Nell Ashcombe to send the Starter order form to Tracy Bullock that week.
- Tobias Renwick to run the handover session with Tracy and Katy once live.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The order form was only promised on the call, and the evidence does not show it was signed.
- Starter has no dashboards, so the reporting request could become a gap if questions and search do not satisfy Tracy.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Dashboards on Growth are a possible upgrade if Tracy needs pre-built pipeline reports.
Transcript
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGood morning, Tracy, good morning Katy. Ready for the show?
- Tracy Bullock NoneYeah, keen to see it.
- Katy Bourne NoneHi, both. Curious to see how this works.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneThis is Tobias, our CTO. He's going to walk you through the brain running on your actual ATS, emails, and call data. Tobias?
- Tobias Renwick NoneHi, both. What I've done is connected your ATS and pulled in emails and call recordings. The brain has indexed all of that, so when we ask a question, it can search across candidates, placements, and interactions. Let me show you. I'm asking: 'Which candidates are in final interview stages right now?' Here are the results: names, current stage, which clients they're interviewing with, and when their last interaction was.
- Tracy Bullock NoneAnd that updates in real time?
- Tobias Renwick NoneWe refresh every night, so you see data from end of yesterday by morning. For recruitment cycles where you're moving quickly, that's often sufficient.
- Katy Bourne NoneWhat if I want to know, I've got a candidate who interviewed with two clients and I can't remember which one is moving faster.
- Tobias Renwick NoneGood example. You'd ask: 'Tell me about Sarah and both clients she's interviewing with.' It pulls the candidate record, both client records, and the timeline of recent calls and emails. You can see which client sent feedback last.
- Katy Bourne NonePerfect. That's the thing I spend time digging for.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneThat's what we hear from teams like yours, a lot of time goes on connecting dots that are already in your systems. The brain does that instantly.
- Tobias Renwick NoneNext thing, search. You just type what you're looking for. For instance, 'candidates who ghosted me.' The brain looks for candidates who went silent after a certain point and shows you the conversation.
- Katy Bourne NoneThat's brilliant.
- Tracy Bullock NoneCan we build reports, like pipeline by stage?
- Tobias Renwick NoneOn Starter, you get search and chat. You can ask the brain: 'Show me pipeline by stage for the next month', and it answers. It's not a pre-built dashboard, but it's flexible. Dashboards come on Growth, but for Starter, questions and search normally suffice.
- Tracy Bullock NoneOK. And implementation, four weeks?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneFour weeks from signature. We refine the connectors, ATS, email, calls: make sure they're all talking correctly, test with you a bit, and then you're live.
- Tobias Renwick NoneOne thing to flag, we need read-only access to your ATS. You control the data and we just read from it. No risk of us changing anything.
- Tracy Bullock NoneThat works for us.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGreat. If you're happy with what you've seen, we send you an order form. You sign that and we start in early February, you're live end of March.
- Katy Bourne NoneWill we get training on how to use it?
- Tobias Renwick NoneWe'll do a handover session with you and Tracy once you're live: about an hour: walking through how to ask questions, what the brain knows about, and best practices. After that, you pick it up naturally.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneAnd if you've got questions once you're live, we're here. On Starter, you get a check-in from us six months in, just to make sure you're getting value.
- Tracy Bullock NoneThat sounds good. I think we're ready to move forward.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneBrilliant. I'll get the order form to you this week. Review it, and if it looks right, sign and send it back. We'll kick off implementation in early February.
- Tracy Bullock NonePerfect.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGreat. Thanks both. Speak soon.
