What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Kickoff on 16 Mar 2026 with Els Van Damme. Laura Penhaligon set a three-week plan to go live by end of March with fifteen users, and Amara Obi booked a QBR for June.
What happened: Laura laid out the connector plan: Salesforce and email access first, connector testing in week two, user training in week three. Amara introduced herself as customer success manager.
Customer view: Els was ready and had been setting up access. She asked whether she alone needed to be involved, then named Jens from IT as the technical contact.
Commercial: fifteen users were described as plenty of headroom, with a simple route to add more. A quarterly business review is planned for mid-June.
Watch: the customer side rests on Els and Jens only. If either is unavailable, connector issues have no cover.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Jens to send Laura Penhaligon the Salesforce and email access by Friday.
- Amara Obi to send a calendar invite for the mid-June QBR by end of the week.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Customer involvement rests on Els Van Damme and Jens from IT, with no wider team engaged.
- The go-live date of end of March depends on Jens sending system access by Friday.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Fifteen users is the starting allocation, so adoption beyond Els's team could lead to extra users.
- The June QBR is a chance to show value and discuss growth.
Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi Els, great to meet you. I'm Laura, and this is Amara, your customer success manager. We're really excited to get Leiekant up and running. How are things?
- Els Van Damme NoneWe're good. We've been setting up access to our systems. I think we're ready.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneBrilliant. This first week we'll pull in your Salesforce, all your client records, and your email archive. That gives us the full picture of every client interaction and fee. We'll test everything, make sure the data's flowing, and by end of next week we should be ready to flip the switch.
- Amara Obi NoneOnce we're live, here's what the numbers say: we'll start with fifteen users. That's plenty of headroom, but if you need to add more, it's a very simple process. I'll be checking in on usage month to month, and we'll do a proper quarterly business review in June.
- Els Van Damme NoneWho from our side needs to be involved? Just me?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou'll be the main point of contact. Are there admins on your team who know your systems well? We'd want at least one person who can troubleshoot connector issues.
- Els Van Damme NoneJens from our IT team. He knows all our systems.
- Amara Obi NonePerfect. So you two, plus Jens for technical issues. Laura will run the implementation, and once you're live, you'll work with me. Any questions in between, just email or call.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight. Timeline: by Friday, Jens sends me the Salesforce and email access. Week two I test all the connectors. Week three we do user training, couple of hours to show you where to find things and how search works. Then we're live.
- Els Van Damme NoneAnd all this wraps up by end of March?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneBy end of the month, yes. You'll be live and ready to use by end of March.
- Amara Obi NoneOnce we go live, I'll send over a welcome pack with links to your dashboard and training videos. Don't worry about learning everything at once, I'll be in your corner.
- Els Van Damme NoneThat sounds good. I think we're all set.
- Amara Obi NoneBrilliant. Let's get the next QBR in the diary, that's in June, mid-month sometime. I'll send you a calendar invite by end of this week.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI'll follow up by email with the checklist for Jens. Els, thanks for your time.
- Amara Obi NoneCheers, Els. Speak soon.
