What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Matteo Ricci walked Stefanie Lange and Andreas Krämer through a Growth proposal at fifty-nine-five all-in for year one. They asked about timeline, SLA and renewal, then took the order form away to review.
What happened: Matteo presented the Growth tier with implementation, an eight-week build and a 12-month term under the standard MSA. Stefanie and Andreas asked about blockers, support, add-ons and renewal, then asked for the order form.
Customer view: Andreas called the eight-week timeline aggressive and asked what happens if BB-Demo misses the SLA. Stefanie wanted to know how users and connectors could be added later.
Commercial: Matteo said renewal pricing might move but the customer keeps the terms it signed for. That sits awkwardly with annual price updates and should be made explicit in the order form.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the order form was signed. Dirk and Philipp need to be comfortable with the technical approach before the customer proceeds.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Matteo Ricci sends the order form, technical spec and add-on pricing sheet the same day as the call.
- Matteo follows up early the following week if the customer has not replied.
- Stefanie Lange and Andreas Krämer review the proposal and reply by end of week.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Andreas thinks the eight-week implementation is aggressive and could slip if legacy systems or data quality cause blockers.
- The renewal wording that pricing might move but terms stay as signed could set a price expectation BB-Demo cannot meet.
- The technical approach still needs Dirk and Philipp to be comfortable before the customer proceeds.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Stefanie asked about adding users or connectors later, so the add-on pricing sheet is a natural follow-up.
- A Growth sale with implementation gives a first-term base to renew and grow.
Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneMorning, Stefanie and Andreas. Thanks for making the time early. This is the proposal call, I'll walk you through the scope, pricing, and timeline.
- Stefanie Lange NoneGood. Andreas, Matteo's our BB-Demo point. I've been through the demo and talked through security with Hannah.
- Andreas Krämer NoneRight. So this is Growth tier at, what's the all-in number?
- Matteo Ricci NoneFifty-nine-five all-in for year one. That's the Growth subscription plus the implementation: connectors, setup, security review, everything. After that it's the annual subscription only.
- Andreas Krämer NoneAnd that's annual?
- Matteo Ricci NoneThe subscription's annual. Paid upfront. So fifty-nine-five total for the first year, and then the subscription renews every twelve months.
- Stefanie Lange NoneAnd what does that include? Users, connectors, all that?
- Matteo Ricci NoneGrowth includes forty users, four connectors, nightly refresh, quarterly check-ins. Implementation is eight weeks to go-live. Hamza owns the project from our side.
- Andreas Krämer NoneEight weeks is aggressive. What if we hit blockers?
- Matteo Ricci NoneWe build it into the timeline. Typically we see two weeks for your team to give credentials and API access, then four weeks of connector build, then two weeks of testing and refinement. If there are blockers, legacy systems, data quality issues, we flag them early.
- Stefanie Lange NoneOkay. And what about support? If something breaks?
- Matteo Ricci NoneOne-hour response time on P1 issues. Data not refreshing, the brain is down, that's P1. We commit to availability of 99.5%.
- Andreas Krämer NoneAnd if you miss the SLA?
- Matteo Ricci NoneService credit. If we miss availability, you get a credit, it's in the order form. Five to ten percent of a month's fee depending on the severity.
- Stefanie Lange NoneFair. What about if we want to add users or connectors later? Pricing for that?
- Matteo Ricci NoneAdditional users are billed per ten. Additional connectors are per five. I can send you the add-on pricing sheet, but that's not part of the base contract. You can add them anytime.
- Andreas Krämer NoneOkay. What about renewal? After year one, what happens?
- Matteo Ricci NoneWe'll give you ninety days' notice before the end of your first year. At renewal, the pricing might move, we update pricing annually, but you get the terms you signed for. No surprises.
- Andreas Krämer NoneAnd the contract itself? What's the term?
- Matteo Ricci NoneTwelve months. You renew annually. We'll send an order form under our standard MSA. If you need any legal changes, liability cap, indemnification, we can discuss those.
- Stefanie Lange NoneGood. I think Andreas and I need to review this. Can you send the order form?
- Matteo Ricci NoneI'll send it today. And I'll include the full technical spec, the add-on pricing, and any questions you have, just let me know.
- Andreas Krämer NoneHow long to close once we're happy?
- Matteo Ricci NoneQuick. Sign the order form, and we're live within two weeks. Hamza gets access to your systems, kicks off the eight-week implementation clock.
- Stefanie Lange NoneRight. So if we sign in February, we'd be live in, ?
- Matteo Ricci NoneApril, roughly. Two weeks to kick off, then eight weeks. Mid-April.
- Andreas Krämer NoneGood. And you need Dirk and Philipp to sign off on anything?
- Matteo Ricci NoneNot on the contract. But yes, we need them comfortable with the technical approach. Hannah's already walked through that with them. Once they're happy, we're good to go.
- Stefanie Lange NoneOkay. We'll review and come back to you by end of week?
- Matteo Ricci NonePerfect. Any questions, just email me. Otherwise, I'll follow up early next week.
- Andreas Krämer NoneCheers, Matteo.
- Stefanie Lange NoneThanks. Speak soon.
