Transcript
- Matteo RicciHello Stefanie, thanks for taking this call. I know it's a busy time. We've got Hannah here, she's our Solutions Engineer and will run through how the brain works with your data. We're aiming to give you a sense of what you'd be able to see and ask.
- Stefanie LangeGreat. Thanks for making the time. So we've been looking at your CRM and call recordings to understand what we'd be able to do.
- Hannah LoweExactly. So here's Kronfeld's data in the brain. We've connected to your CRM and to Gong so we can see broker submissions, claims and the calls that happened around each claim. The short answer is you can now ask questions that would normally take hours to reconcile by hand.
- Stefanie LangeRight. And can we see specific brokers' activity?
- Hannah LoweYes. So here, I'm searching for broker activity. You see submission volume, error rate on claims, the complaints that came in, and the support calls your team had to make. All in one view.
- Stefanie LangeThat's useful. We spend quite a lot of time chasing brokers for data.
- Hannah LoweYeah, this should cut that down. You can set up a dashboard that updates nightly so your broker management team can see portfolio health without asking questions.
- Matteo RicciAnd the data refreshes automatically each night, so you're always working with yesterday's picture by morning.
- Stefanie LangeCan we search natural language, or is it menus?
- Hannah LoweNatural language. You can ask the brain things like 'show me claims from last month with error codes' or 'which brokers had quality issues this quarter', and you get the answer back in seconds.
- Stefanie LangeNice. And how do you handle data security? We're regulated, so we need to understand how you're keeping the data safe.
- Hannah LoweGood question. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, so the data never leaves your cloud. We can't see it. You control who has access via your own SSO, and we can set up audit logs so you have a record of every query.
- Stefanie LangeInside our Snowflake?
- Hannah LoweExactly. Your IT team controls the access, we just manage the connectors and answer your questions.
- Matteo RicciSo from Kronfeld's point of view, it's your data, your security, our expertise.
- Stefanie LangeThat's a relief. And what's the implementation like?
- Hannah LoweEight weeks. We'll spend the first couple of weeks mapping your CRM and call recorder, building the connectors, and testing with a small group. Then we do a full run-through with your team, and you'll be live.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. And what happens after that?
- Matteo RicciYou'd have a Customer Success Manager who checks in quarterly to make sure you're getting the value out of it. And we'd offer training for your team so they know how to ask the right questions.
- Stefanie LangeI think this is interesting. What would the next steps be?
- Matteo RicciHappy to discuss pricing and contract terms. And then our security review, we'd want to satisfy your compliance team that everything is as it should be. If that's clear, you'd sign an order form and we'd kick off.
- Stefanie LangeOkay. I'll loop in Philipp from our data team and we can set up a next call?
- Matteo RicciPerfect. I'll send over a summary of what we've shown you and some pricing context. We can aim to get your compliance team involved in a couple of weeks.
- Stefanie LangeSounds good. Thanks very much.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Stefanie.
- Matteo RicciBest regards.
