What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Wei Ling Tan, Head of Merchant Services, described investigations spread across three or four systems. Sophie Ling quoted Growth at £56k all-in for year one. Wei Ling asked for a demo and said she would check calendars.
What happened: On 24 Nov 2025 Sophie Ling ran a 31-minute discovery call with Wei Ling Tan. Wei Ling described Kallang Reach Payments as a payment service provider settling cross-border e-commerce for sellers across Asia.
Customer view: Salesforce, billing and transaction ledgers are separate, so a seller issue pulls in three or four people from service, ops and finance. She called the process not efficient and said the offer was worth exploring.
Commercial: Sophie positioned Growth with eight weeks of implementation and quoted £56k all-in for the first year, subscription and implementation, on a one-year term with thirty days notice. Wei Ling confirmed she has a Snowflake account.
Watch: No decision-maker was on the call, and no demo date was agreed. The call shows no budget owner and no competitor.

Transcript
- Sophie LingHi Wei Ling, thanks for taking the call. It's early morning for you, I know, I appreciate it.
- Wei Ling TanNo problem, Sophie. Happy to chat. We're interested in understanding how your product could help Kallang Reach.
- Sophie LingGreat. I'd like to start by understanding what you do and where the pain points are. Can you tell me about the business?
- Wei Ling TanOf course. We're a payment service provider, we handle cross-border e-commerce transactions for sellers across Asia. We integrate with their platforms, process payments, settle funds. It's complex, lots of moving parts, lots of data.
- Sophie LingAnd how do you currently manage that data? I'm imagining you have CRM, billing systems, transaction logs?
- Wei Ling TanExactly. We've got Salesforce for clients, our billing system, ledgers for transactions, everything's separate. When a seller has an issue, we're pulling data from three or four systems to understand what happened.
- Sophie LingHow many people are involved in that kind of investigation?
- Wei Ling TanUsually three or four: someone from customer service, someone from ops, maybe finance. It's not efficient.
- Sophie LingThat's exactly what we solve. The brain pulls everything together, Salesforce, your billing, transaction data, and makes it searchable. One question, you get the answer from all systems at once.
- Wei Ling TanHow long would implementation take?
- Sophie LingFor Growth, which I think fits Kallang Reach, implementation is eight weeks. We'd connect your Salesforce, your billing system, transaction logs, whatever else you need. Then we'd train your team.
- Wei Ling TanAnd you need our Snowflake account?
- Sophie LingWe do. The brain sits inside your Snowflake. That means you own and control the data. It's not on our servers, everything stays in your environment.
- Wei Ling TanWe have that. What about ongoing support?
- Sophie LingGrowth comes with email support and quarterly check-ins with us. We also refresh your data every night, so you're always working with fresh information.
- Wei Ling TanThis is interesting. What's the commercial side, what does Growth cost?
- Sophie LingI can walk you through that. For Growth, you're looking at £56,000 all-in for your first year. That includes the subscription and implementation.
- Wei Ling TanAnd is that in GBP?
- Sophie LingIt is. All our pricing is in GBP, though you're invoiced based on your year, so there's no currency risk on your side.
- Wei Ling TanRight. And what's the contract length?
- Sophie LingOne year. You can exit with thirty days notice at the end of the term.
- Wei Ling TanOK. This is worth exploring. What's the next step?
- Sophie LingI can set up a technical demo for you. Hannah, she's our Solutions Engineer, can walk through how it'd work with your specific data. Then if you're keen, we'd talk next steps.
- Wei Ling TanThat sounds good. Let me check calendars and get back to you.
- Sophie LingPerfect. I'll send you some times, and you can let me know what works. Thanks Wei Ling, really appreciate the time. Speak soon.
