What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of the brain to Camille Lefebvre. She was positive and could see Olivier's use. Sophie Ling positioned Growth tier and promised a proposal the same day. Camille will consult Olivier before replying.
What happened: Anya Petrova showed cross-system questions, the dashboard builder and chat on data similar to the customer's. Sophie positioned Growth with eight connectors and forty users.
Customer view: Camille called it "quite impressive" and "genuinely helpful". Olivier's need for faster answers was the use case she picked out.
Commercial: No price was given on this call. Sophie said a signed order form within a couple of weeks would mean an early June kick-off, and Growth is eight weeks.
Watch: Camille did not commit and will talk to Olivier first. The evidence does not show a security review date or any rival being considered.

Transcript
- Sophie LingMorning Camille. Thanks for taking this call. I've got Anya with me, she's our Solutions Engineer and will walk us through the demo. Are you ready to jump in?
- Camille LefebvreYes, all set. What will we be looking at?
- Anya PetrovaSo today I'll show you the brain running against data similar to yours, Salesforce, a dispatch system, email archives. You'll see how it indexes everything into one searchable layer, and then how your team would actually use it. I'll walk through a couple of real questions you might ask. Does that sound good?
- Camille LefebvrePerfect. Go ahead.
- Anya PetrovaGreat. So imagine one of your sales team asks: 'Show me all the deals we lost in the past three months, and what the reasons were.' In a normal setup, you'd pull lost deals from Salesforce, then manually search emails and notes to find the reason. With the brain, I type that question and it comes back in seconds with a list, grouped by reason, linked back to the original records. You can drill into any deal to see the email thread or the sales note.
- Camille LefebvreThat's quite impressive. And you're searching across all the systems at once?
- Anya PetrovaExactly. The brain runs inside your Snowflake account, that's where all your data lives, so it sees everything. Salesforce, emails, dispatch logs, whatever you want to connect. You own the data; we just build the layer on top.
- Sophie LingAnd once you're live, your team can start building dashboards too. So if Olivier in finance wanted to see, say, margin by route every week, he could build that himself without asking someone to write a report.
- Camille LefebvreThat would be handy. Olivier's always saying he needs faster answers.
- Anya PetrovaThat's the idea. Let me show you the dashboard builder. So this is a blank dashboard, I can drag in a chart, set it to pull data from any connector, and it updates live as data comes in. You could build one in maybe ten minutes.
- Camille LefebvreAnd the data's always current?
- Anya PetrovaYes. We do a refresh every night, complete by seven in the morning your time. So anything that happened yesterday is in there by the time your day starts.
- Sophie LingAnd on the admin side: if you're bringing in new people, we handle SSO and user management, so you're not granting access manually for every system. You add them once and they're good.
- Camille LefebvreRight. So it's pretty smooth onboarding wise.
- Anya PetrovaYes. Once we've set up the connectors, which we do during implementation, adding users is straightforward. Let me show you one more thing. This is the chat interface. So instead of building a dashboard, you can just ask the brain a question in plain language. 'What was our revenue last quarter?' and it will pull that for you.
- Camille LefebvreAnd it understands context?
- Anya PetrovaIt learns your terminology, yes. So if you call something a 'run' and Salesforce calls it a 'shipment', the brain knows they're the same thing. We set that up during the discovery and onboarding phase.
- Sophie LingSo we're looking at Growth tier for you: that's eight connectors, forty users, and we'd get you set up with Salesforce, dispatch, email, Xero, and have capacity for a couple more if you want to add them later. With dashboards and chat both included, you're really covering a lot of ground.
- Camille LefebvreThis is genuinely helpful. I can see how Olivier and the team would use this. When would we start?
- Sophie LingIf you sign an order form in the next couple of weeks, we'd kick off implementation in early June. Growth tier is eight weeks, so you'd be live by August.
- Camille LefebvreOkay. So what's the next step?
- Sophie LingI'll send you a proposal with the pricing and timeline, and we can walk through any questions. Then if you're happy, we move to an order form and get your IT team involved for the security stuff. Sound fair?
- Camille LefebvreSounds good. I'll chat with Olivier and we'll come back to you.
- Sophie LingGreat. I'll get that proposal out today. Cheers Camille.
