As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Priya Raman walked Keith Partington and Dawn Hindle through the Starter proposal at £26k for year one. Keith asked about cost beyond year one and exit clauses, and wanted to read the full document.

What happened: Priya presented the Starter proposal before sending it, covering price, Snowflake hosting, support and timeline. Keith Partington, the managing director, joined Dawn Hindle.

Customer view: Keith asked about cost, year two and exit clauses, and said he needs to read the full document. Dawn said the timeline works for Irwell.

Commercial: Year one is £26k including implementation, with no implementation fee in year two. Dawn asked about adding connectors, and Priya pointed to Growth as the route if more are needed.

Watch: The proposal is an open item, not signed paper. The evidence does not show whether Irwell signed by the 1 Nov 2024 target.

Right, hi both. Thanks for making time at the end of the day, I know Monday can be chaos. How are things with you?
  2. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
We're good, Priya. Just keen to hear where we've got to.
  3. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Perfect. So to keep momentum, I've put together a proposal and I wanted to walk through it with you both before it lands in your inbox. Just to make sure there are no surprises.
  4. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
You're looking at our Starter tier. It's designed for a team like yours, fifteen users included, four connectors. You'd connect your payroll system, maybe HR, email, whatever feeds into how you work with clients.
  5. Dawn Hindle
    Dawn Hindle
And the connectors, are they fixed at four or could we add more later?
  6. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Four's the limit on Starter, but: and this is useful, if you need more down the line, we can move you up to Growth. That gives you eight connectors plus a few other bits.
  7. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
    What's the actual cost?
  8. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Right. So for the first year, you're looking at £25,500 all-in. That covers the subscription and our implementation.
  9. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
    And after year one?
  10. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
The subscription renews, so no implementation fee in year two. And we do check-ins with you every six months.
  11. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Implementation is about four weeks from go-live. We build the connectors, test everything, run you through it, by the end you've got a working brain sat in your Snowflake account.
  12. Dawn Hindle
    Dawn Hindle
Sorry, can you explain the Snowflake bit? We already have Snowflake, is this in our account or yours?
  13. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
In yours. So we build it inside your Snowflake. That means you own the data, it's not sitting on our servers somewhere. Everything stays in your environment.
  14. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
OK. What support do we get?
  15. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Starter comes with email support. You'll get a response within four business hours on any issue. And we've committed to refreshing your data every night, so whatever's in your systems updates overnight.
  16. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
If we can get this signed off by 1 Nov 2024, we can start implementation early in the new year. You'd be live before the spring.
  17. Dawn Hindle
    Dawn Hindle
    That timeline works for us.
  18. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
I need to read through the full thing. What about exit clauses?
  19. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Thirty days notice at the end of your term. So you commit for a year, then either side can exit with thirty days notice.
  20. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
I'll send the proposal over today: you take a look, and let's chat next week about anything else. How does that work?
  21. Keith Partington
    Keith Partington
    That's fine. Thanks Priya.
  22. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Brilliant. I'll send it all through now. Thanks both, really pleased how this is coming together. Cheers, speak soon.
