What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hannah Lowe demoed order-history and reorder-risk queries and the dashboards builder. Gillian Woolnough said it was what they need and will discuss with her team before an order form is sent.
What happened: Hannah Lowe showed complaint and reorder-risk queries on Salesforce and Zendesk data, plus the dashboards builder. Gillian Woolnough asked whether her team could build the reorder view as a daily dashboard.
Customer view: She said the complaints query was exactly what they need. Her questions covered data location, support and pricing.
Commercial: Gillian checked the Growth price of fifty-six thousand per year, and Hannah confirmed it with a one-off implementation of twelve thousand pounds.
Watch: She ended with 'Let me discuss with the team'. The call does not show a decision, and Tom Ashdown framed order form and MSA return by early September.

Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Gillian, Hannah's here - Hannah Lowe, she's our solutions engineer. Hannah, Gillian runs customer service at Kersey Mill Foods, they make chilled soups for the supermarket trade.
- Hannah LoweHi Gillian, lovely to meet you. So what I'd like to do today is show the brain working on your Salesforce and Zendesk data. Tom mentioned you're handling customer inquiries and you need to pull data from multiple places to give them good answers. I'll show you how this works in practice.
- Gillian WoolnoughPerfect, let's see it.
- Hannah LoweRight, so let me share. Here's the interface. You can search, you can use chat, you can build dashboards. Let me show you a practical query for customer service. So Gillian, if someone rings up and says 'I had a quality issue with my last order', what would help you?
- Gillian WoolnoughI'd want to know their order history, any complaints they've made, what we shipped them.
- Hannah LowePerfect. So here's a query: 'show me all orders in the last twelve months with quality complaints'. The system pulls Salesforce order records, Zendesk tickets with complaint tags, and puts it together. See, accounts with problems come up instantly so when a customer calls, your team already knows what they're going to say.
- Gillian WoolnoughThat's exactly what we need. Can we do something similar for reorder risk?
- Hannah LoweAbsolutely. 'Show me accounts that ordered more than five times last year but haven't ordered in sixty days'. The system queries Salesforce, looks at order dates, flags anyone who's gone quiet. You'd use that to decide when to call customers and check in.
- Gillian WoolnoughAnd we could build that as a dashboard our team looks at each day?
- Hannah LoweExactly. And with Growth, you've got the dashboards builder included - no developer needed. Your team can actually create these themselves once we're live. Drag and drop, literally. Let me show you. So this is the builder. You pick what metrics you want - say, accounts inactive sixty days plus order count. Drop them into the dashboard, set it to refresh nightly, done.
- Gillian WoolnoughWho would be able to build these?
- Hannah LoweAnyone on your team. It's designed for non-technical people. You don't need to know SQL or anything like that. If you wanted something more complex, we can help, but the goal is your team being able to self-serve.
- Gillian WoolnoughOkay. And technically, how does this work? You mentioned the data stays with us.
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, the brain runs inside your Snowflake account. We build the connectors that feed data from Salesforce and Zendesk in, and they refresh every night. Your team queries through the interface, but everything's in your warehouse, under your control. We maintain the infrastructure, you own the data.
- Gillian WoolnoughAnd if there's an issue?
- Hannah LoweOn Growth, if a connector stops working or something goes wrong, we respond within one business hour and we'll fix it. You also get quarterly business reviews where we check in, make sure you're getting value, suggest optimisations.
- Gillian WoolnoughRight. So let me make sure I understand the pricing. It's fifty-six thousand per year?
- Hannah LoweThat's for Growth, yes. Then there's implementation, which is a one-off of twelve thousand pounds. And that covers the eight weeks we've talked about.
- Gillian WoolnoughOkay. And what would we need to do on our side?
- Hannah LoweWe'd need someone from your team, probably your IT person or whoever manages Salesforce, to answer questions about your data and configuration. Maybe a couple of hours total. And then once we're live, your team spends a little time getting comfortable with the interface.
- Tom AshdownSo as next steps, if you're happy with what you're seeing, we'd send an order form and MSA. You'd get those reviewed, get your finance and legal to sign off, and then Hannah kicks off the implementation. Timeline-wise, if you can get those back to us by early September, we'd have you live by end of October.
- Gillian WoolnoughOkay, that's helpful. Let me discuss with the team.
- Hannah LoweAbsolutely. I'll put together a summary of everything we've shown you today - the queries, the dashboards, the technical architecture - and send that over. And if you've got questions before you decide, just get in touch.
- Tom AshdownYeah, cheers from me too. Really enjoyed showing you the product. Let's get this over the line and get you some value, yeah? Speak soon.
