Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneHi, Erin. How's the week going?
- Erin Milburn NoneHi, Tom. Good. I've had a read through the proposal you sent. Got a few questions.
- Tom Ashdown NoneNo drama. Fire away.
- Erin Milburn NoneSo the four connectors, CRM, project software, email, Slack. Do we have to start with all four?
- Tom Ashdown NoneNot if you don't want to. You can start with three and add the fourth later. But honestly, with Slack being where your client chat happens, I'd say all four gets you the most value.
- Erin Milburn NoneFair enough. What about the implementation timeline, four weeks, that assumes we've got bandwidth?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYeah, so twice a week we get you in for an hour. Usually you just need to answer questions, maybe test some queries. It's not heavy on your side.
- Erin Milburn NoneAnd you'll handle the Snowflake setup?
- Tom Ashdown NoneAll of it. We set up Snowflake, load the connectors, test the data. You just need to give us the credentials for each system. Safely handed over, all encrypted.
- Erin Milburn NoneOK. The price, is that locked in?
- Tom Ashdown NoneOnce you sign the order form, yes. That's your price for the first year. At renewal it could change, we have price adjustments in our terms, but you'll get notice.
- Erin Milburn NoneAnd the implementation is separate?
- Tom Ashdown NoneIt's included in the total for the first year. After that you're just paying the subscription when you renew.
- Erin Milburn NoneWhat if it doesn't work out? Can we cancel?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYou're on a one-year term, so after that you can cancel. If something's actually broken on our side, we'd sort it. But I'm pretty confident you'll see value quickly.
- Erin Milburn NoneThe support you mentioned, four business hours for issues?
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat's on Starter, yeah. Most things move faster. And you've got access to us during implementation.
- Erin Milburn NoneI think we're ready to move forward. What's the next step?
- Tom Ashdown NoneBrilliant. I'll send you the order form, just the commercial side. You have a final read, get sign-off from your finance person, sign and send it back. Then we kick off the implementation.
- Erin Milburn NoneHow long do you typically see in legal review?
- Tom Ashdown NoneMost customers, a week or two. If your legal team wants to change something, they just let me know and we'll sort it.
- Erin Milburn NoneOK. I think my finance director will want a quick call, is that something you could do?
- Tom Ashdown NoneAbsolutely. Once you've seen the order form, if he wants to chat, I'm free whenever.
- Erin Milburn NoneGreat. Thanks, Tom.
- Tom Ashdown NoneCheers, Erin. I'll get that order form over today. Speak soon.
