What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Discovery call with An Peeters on 17 Aug 2026. Client data sits in separate systems across over a thousand clients. Her top question is which clients are at risk of not renewing. A demo was proposed; no price discussed.
What happened: Matteo Ricci ran a 32 minute discovery call with An Peeters on 17 Aug 2026. Only Matteo attended for BG-Demo.
Customer view: An manages over a thousand clients across a CRM, a scheduling system, a billing system and operational data, and logs into three systems to see one client. Her top question is which clients are at risk of not renewing and why.
Commercial: Her team of about fifteen, plus finance and the executive team, want the same view, which suggests more than one team. The evidence does not size this to a tier, and no price was discussed.
Watch: An has no data warehouse yet, and the brain runs in the customer's own Snowflake account. She said data privacy is important to her.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Matteo Ricci to schedule a demo on An Peeters's client data, as proposed on the call.
- Matteo Ricci to clarify the Snowflake and data privacy position before the demo.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- An has no data warehouse and the evidence does not show whether Demerdal Facility Services has a Snowflake account for the brain to run in.
- Only An was on the call, so the budget owner and the finance and executive stakeholders are not yet engaged.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- New business: a brain over CRM, scheduling, billing and operational data, answering which clients are at risk of not renewing.
- Client services, finance and the executive team all want visibility, which could support a multi-team tier.
Transcript
- Matteo RicciGood afternoon, An. Thank you for making time. I understand you're looking at ways to improve visibility across your client services business. Is that right?
- An PeetersYes, that's correct. We manage cleaning, catering, and maintenance services for a lot of clients, and we struggle to see the full picture of each relationship. Everything's in different systems.
- Matteo RicciThat's a common challenge. Walk me through what you mean. What systems hold your client data?
- An PeetersWe have a CRM that tracks contracts, a scheduling system for crews, a billing system, and then operational data about job completion and issues. Separate silos.
- Matteo RicciAnd when you're managing a client relationship, what information do you need to pull together?
- An PeetersContract status, what services we're delivering, whether there are any complaints or quality issues, billing history. Right now I have to log into three systems to see the whole story for one client.
- Matteo RicciHow many clients are we talking about?
- An PeetersOver a thousand. So you can imagine the workload.
- Matteo RicciAnd how many people on your team manage those relationships?
- An PeetersMy team is about fifteen, spread across regions. But finance and the executive team also need this visibility for revenue and profitability analysis.
- Matteo RicciSo if you had one place where you could ask about any client: their contract status, their service quality, their billing, what would be your highest-priority question?
- An PeetersProbably: which clients are at risk of not renewing, and what's the reason. Quality issues, escalations, anything in the operational data that signals risk.
- Matteo RicciThat makes sense. And on the infrastructure side, are your systems cloud-based or on-premises?
- An PeetersMostly cloud. CRM is cloud, billing is cloud. The scheduling system is a bit of a hybrid, but it has an API.
- Matteo RicciGood. And do you have any data warehouse or central data layer?
- An PeetersNot yet. We've been talking about it, but haven't committed.
- Matteo RicciUnderstood. What I would suggest is that we schedule a demo where I can show you how the brain would work with your client data. And one important note: the brain runs in your own Snowflake account, so your data stays with you. That's something I wanted to flag early.
- An PeetersThat's good to hear. Data privacy is important to us.
