Second demo for Lydia Ashurst on connector breaks, data freshness, security and user admin. She sees no blockers, but Jonathan must see the proposal. £62k for year one was restated. Theo described P1 as resolution within one hour.

What happened: Lydia brought questions from Jonathan on connector failures, new Salesforce fields, security and data location. Theo explained the nightly refresh by 07:00, encryption, role-based access, audit logging and that processing stays in the customer's own Snowflake.

Customer view: Lydia said she does not see any blockers, though Jonathan will need to see the proposal. Lewis restated £62k for the first year.

Watch: Theo called the Growth P1 commitment resolution within one hour, while the Growth service level is a one-hour first response. That wording should be checked before it reaches a proposal or order form.

Follow-up

Next steps

Current to 9 Oct 26
  • Lewis Kerr to send the proposal within a couple of days of the 21 Sep 2026 call.
  • Lewis Kerr to start the security review once Lydia and Jonathan sign off the proposal.

Risks

Current to 9 Oct 26
  • P1 was described as resolution within one hour, which is stronger than the Growth first-response commitment.
  • Jonathan has not been on either call and still has to approve the proposal.

Opportunities

Current to 9 Oct 26
  • No blockers raised, so the deal can move to proposal and then security review.
  • Security answers fit a firm handling client confidential information, and the data staying in its own Snowflake was well received.

Hi Lydia, thanks for finding time again. We've got a bit more to cover on the product side and then we'll be ready to move to proposal.
  2. Lydia Ashurst

Good. I've had some questions from Jonathan I want to make sure we cover.
  3. Lewis Kerr

Great. Theo, you were going to dive deeper into the data freshness side?
  4. Theo Gallagher
    Theo Gallagher None
Yeah. So one of the things people ask is what happens if a connector breaks or a source changes. On Growth, you get one-hour response times for priority issues. If your Salesforce password changes or someone modifies your CRM structure, the connector will error. You'd log that with the helpdesk and we get it reconnected. The commitment is resolution within one hour for P1.

And the data refresh, what if we add a new field to Salesforce?
  6. Theo Gallagher
    Theo Gallagher None
Once the field is in Salesforce, we can map it into the brain. That's usually a quick change. Next nightly refresh, by 07:00 the following morning, the new field starts populating. It's automated once the mapping is done.

Jonathan was asking about security. We go through a security review as part of implementation. Theo, should I walk through the control reference?
  8. Theo Gallagher
    Theo Gallagher None
Yes. So we evidence data encryption in transit and at rest. We have role-based access controls built in. We can evidence that. We also have audit logging, who accessed what and when. For a firm like yours dealing with client confidential information, that's important. The brain sits in Snowflake, which you control. It's in your data account.
  9. Lydia Ashurst
    Lydia Ashurst None
That's good. So the data stays with us?
  10. Theo Gallagher
    Theo Gallagher None
Yes. The processing happens in your own Snowflake. We're just running queries against it. No data leaves your environment.

Let me touch on user administration. Calum, sorry, you'd have someone like your IT person, can manage users in the admin panel. Add people, remove people, set permissions. It's self-service. You've got 40 named seats so you can scale the team as you need.
  12. Lydia Ashurst

What about training? You mentioned that earlier.
  13. Theo Gallagher

We typically do a half-day or full-day session with your team during implementation. We walk through how to search, how to ask good questions, how to build basic dashboards. We also send documentation. After go-live you've got the helpdesk and Daniel, your CSM, will do quarterly check-ins to see how the team is getting on.

So I think that covers the key questions. We talked about the eight-week implementation, the connectors, data freshness by 07:00, security controls, user management. You're looking at £62,000 for the first year. Any other questions before we move to proposal?
  15. Lydia Ashurst
    Lydia Ashurst None
I think we're good. Jonathan will need to see the proposal but I don't think there are any blockers.
  16. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr None
Perfect. I'll get a proposal drafted and send it over in the next couple of days. Once you and Jonathan sign off, we'll move to the security review. Thanks, Lydia. Cheers.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
