Femke van Gestel and Bas Kuijpers saw installer pages and chat on their own extract. Femke liked finding unknown unhappy installers but cannot decide the budget alone. Proposal and architecture note come next.

What happened: Anya Petrova drove the 11 Aug 2025 demo on the sample extract. A plain-words question surfaced installers who ordered less and also complained.

Customer view: Femke already knew three of the names and did not know the others. Bas asked where the join runs and how near-duplicate installer names are handled.

Commercial: Priya restated £56k as the whole Growth deal value, not an annual price. Femke will take the proposal to the budget holder, who was not on the call.

Watch: adoption by account managers is still her real question. Bas asked for the refresh timing to go in the architecture note.

Follow-up

Next steps

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Priya sends the proposal this week, aiming for an order form on 10 Nov 2025.
  • Anya writes the architecture note with the connector list and refresh timing for Femke and Bas.
  • Femke takes the proposal to the budget holder.

Risks

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • The budget holder was not on the call and Femke does not decide the budget alone.
  • Account manager adoption is Femke's stated real question and is not yet answered.
  • Near-duplicate installer names may be flagged as possible duplicates if customer numbers disagree between systems.

Opportunities

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Growth dashboards and quarterly check-ins address adoption, and Bas is likely to build the boards.
  • Surfacing unhappy installers the account managers did not know about is a concrete value case.

Afternoon. Sound is good here also.

Hi everyone, Anya here. I'll be driving the screen today. You should see a rather empty browser tab for now, it fills up in a minute.

    I see it. Empty. Good.

Lovely. So, quick recap to keep momentum. We had the first conversation a little while ago, Femke you told me you want the account managers to see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view, and today is the demo on the sample data you sent across. After this the next step is a proposal, and if we can get this over the line by 10 Nov 2025 that would suit everybody. Happy to make this easy.
  7. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
Okay. Let's make it practical. Show me one installer. A real one from our sample, not a nice demo company.
  8. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
That's exactly the plan. Give me a second. Right, this is one of the installer accounts from your extract. On the left you've got the page the brain builds for that installer, so orders, the delivery complaints that came in, and the credit queries all sit on the one page.
  9. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
And where does the complaint come from? Which system?
  10. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
In this sample it's the helpdesk export you gave us, joined to the orders by the installer's customer number. The brain keeps the link, so if you click the complaint you see the ticket text and the order it refers to.
  11. Bas Kuijpers
    Bas Kuijpers
Sorry, can I ask. The join, is that done by your side or is it in our Snowflake?
  12. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
In your Snowflake. Everything runs inside your own account, we don't move the data out. So you, Bas, would see the tables and the views, and you could look at them with your own tools if you wanted.
  13. Bas Kuijpers
    Bas Kuijpers
Good. That is the question my colleagues in IT will ask first.
  14. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
And Anya will have the architecture detail written up for them, won't you Anya, so nobody has to rely on what I say.
  15. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
Of course. Let me carry on with the chat part, because I think that's what the account managers will care about most. I'm going to ask it a question in plain words: which installers in the south ordered less last quarter than the quarter before and also raised a delivery complaint.
  16. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
Ah. That one I want. Do it.
  17. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
So it's thinking. And there. A short list, and each name links to the installer page. It also tells you which source each statement came from, so you can check it.
  18. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
Mm. Three of these I know already, they are angry about a late delivery. The others I did not know. That is interesting.
  19. Bas Kuijpers
    Bas Kuijpers
How does it handle two installers with nearly the same name? We have this a lot. Same family, two companies.
  20. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
Good question, and honestly it depends on the keys in your data. If the customer number is clean it keeps them apart. If your CRM and the accounting system disagree on the number, the brain will flag them as possible duplicates rather than merge silently. You'd decide.
  21. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
Do the account managers use it? That is my real question. Not only me and Bas.
  22. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Fair, and that's where Growth is built for you. Several teams, dashboards, and a check-in every quarter so we look at who is asking questions and who isn't.
  23. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
Practically, I'd start with the account managers asking one question each morning, the same sort of thing you just saw. Habit first, dashboards after. Shall I show the dashboard builder quickly?
  24. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
Yes. Quickly. I have another meeting after.
  25. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
Right. So this is a blank board. I pick complaints by week, split by region, and add credit queries as a second chart. Done. Bas, you'd probably build this, and Femke's team just opens it.
  26. Bas Kuijpers
    Bas Kuijpers
That is not hard. I like that the chart is attached to the same data and not a copy.
  27. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
What is the plan after today? Tell me the steps and who.
  28. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Simple. I send the proposal this week. The total we've pencilled in is £56k for the Growth deal, and to be clear that is the whole deal value, not an annual price. Then you take it to the person who holds the budget, and we aim for 10 Nov 2025.
  29. Femke van Gestel
    Femke van Gestel
I do not decide the budget alone. I will take it to the budget holder. But I can tell them it makes sense. Send the proposal and the written architecture note.
  30. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
I'll write that up and get it to Bas as well as Femke, with the connector list for the systems we saw today.
  31. Bas Kuijpers
    Bas Kuijpers
Please put the refresh timing in. When does the data update each day? The account managers start early.
  32. Anya Petrova
    Anya Petrova
Yes, it's in the note. Nightly refresh, finished by the morning, on business days.
  33. Priya Raman
    Priya Raman
Brilliant. Thanks both. Speak soon, and Femke, good luck with the next meeting.
  34. Femke van Gestel

    Dank je. Groetjes.
