What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On the 28 Nov 2025 check-in, Aoife Mulcahy said usage had roughly doubled since training and the brain now drives her Monday renewal checks. She asked for a per-agency dashboard. Renewal is next summer, with no commercial ask.
What happened: Marcus Bell showed Aoife usage for the last quarter against the one before. Active users went from nearer five to roughly ten a day, questions asked are climbing, and records indexed are rising on every connector.
Customer view: Aoife uses the brain each Monday to spot agencies at the edge, so she can ring them before they complain. She said a conversation with one quiet group fixed a training gap, and asked that the agency's name be kept out of any note.
Commercial: Marcus raised the forty licences on Growth and the renewal due next summer. Aoife said the team is not near forty yet but could be if account managers join, which is headroom for extra users. She said she would not buy without her own senior sponsor, who is pleased with the retention figures.
Watch: Aoife is still near the top of the question askers, though more people now ask. Her dashboard request is covered by the dashboards builder already included on Growth.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Marcus Bell to send Aoife the breakdown of who is asking questions.
- Marcus Bell to send an invite for a thirty minute dashboard session with Aoife and her colleague the following week.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Aoife Mulcahy is still near the top of the question askers, so some key-person exposure remains.
- The dashboard she wants takes several clicks today, so it may stay unbuilt unless BG-Demo helps.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Account managers joining could push users towards the forty included on Growth, which supports an extra-users conversation.
- A per-agency dashboard built with the dashboards builder would deepen use ahead of the renewal due next summer.
Transcript
- Aoife MulcahyMarcus, hi! Sorry, I'm a minute early, I'm still eating my lunch.
- Marcus BellNo problem at all, Aoife. Afternoon. Take your time. I'll share my screen and I've pulled the numbers, so when you're ready I'll say what I want to cover.
- Aoife MulcahyGrand. Go on, I'm listening. Though I'll say first, I've got a renewal I'm watching this week, a big agency group, so I'm in that frame of mind.
- Marcus BellPerfect, that's actually relevant. Three things. How usage looks since the training in October, anything blocking you, and what you'd like from us over the next few months. Happy with that?
- Aoife MulcahyYep. Show me the usage.
- Marcus BellOkay, so this is the last quarter against the one before. Average active users is well up. Roughly ten a day now, where it was nearer five. So the training did what we hoped.
- Aoife MulcahyThat's more than I expected, to be honest. Niamh got the whole team invited, and I made it part of the Monday routine. Everyone opens it before the pipeline review.
- Marcus BellThat's it, that's what we see in the numbers. Questions asked are climbing as well. And it's spread across several people, not one person doing all of it, which is healthy.
- Aoife MulcahyGood. Because I was worried it'd just be me and Siobhán. Who's asking the most?
- Marcus BellYou're still near the top, I won't pretend otherwise. But Siobhán and Niamh are both there, and a few newer names. I can send you the breakdown if that's useful.
- Aoife MulcahyPlease. I like seeing who's actually curious.
- Marcus BellWill do. Next, records indexed. Those are rising steadily on every connector, nothing flat. So the data is fresh and nothing has stalled.
- Aoife MulcahyBrilliant. We did change one thing on our side a few weeks ago, the way we tag the renewal dates in the CRM. Did that cause any bother?
- Marcus BellNothing that I can see. It'd show as a connector going flat, and none did. If you have anything else planned like that, give us a nudge beforehand and we'll keep an eye.
- Aoife MulcahyWill do. Grand.
- Marcus BellOn tickets, it's been quiet. Nothing open, nothing high priority. Invoices are all paid and up to date as well, so nothing to chase from our finance side.
- Aoife MulcahyQuiet's good. Quiet's very good. Right, can I tell you what I'm actually using it for? Because it's changed how I run the renewals.
- Marcus BellPlease do.
- Aoife MulcahySo each Monday I ask it which agencies are at the edge. Ones where the tickets are going up and usage is going down, ahead of the renewal. Before, I'd find out when the agency rang to complain. Now I ring them first. Last month I caught a group that had gone quiet and a conversation with them fixed a training gap.
- Marcus BellThat's a great example. That's exactly the use we'd hope for. Would you be happy for me to note that down? It helps us understand what's working.
- Aoife MulcahySure. Just keep the agency's name out of it.
- Marcus BellOf course. Now, anything blocking you? Anything you wish it did?
- Aoife MulcahyOne thing. I'd love the dashboards to show product usage per agency group in a single view, with the renewal date alongside. Siobhán built something rough but it takes a few clicks.
- Marcus BellYou can do that with the dashboards builder already. It's included on Growth. I could do a short session with Siobhán and put that together. Shall we book thirty minutes next week?
- Aoife MulcahyGrand, let's do it. Send me something and I'll accept it.
- Marcus BellWill do. And I'd rather not promise anything beyond what's there today. If it turns out you need something we don't have, I'll take it to the product team and tell you honestly what I hear.
- Aoife MulcahyThat's all I'd ask. Honest answer.
- Marcus BellThe other thing, since you mentioned renewals. Your own contract runs to next summer, with the renewal coming up in August. It's a good way off, but because usage has grown so much, it's worth you thinking about how many people you want in there, as you've got forty licences and the team's now filling a good share of them.
- Aoife MulcahyMm. We're not near forty yet. Could be soon though if the account managers come on board.
- Marcus BellRight, so there's room. I'll keep an eye on it and tell you well before it becomes a problem. Anything about pricing or terms I'd pass to Sophie Ling, your account owner, but there's nothing to discuss now.
- Aoife MulcahyFine by me. I wouldn't buy anything without Conor anyway, and he's happy at the minute because the retention figures are moving.
- Marcus BellGood to hear. Let me recap. I'll send you the breakdown of who's asking questions, and the invite for thirty minutes with you and Siobhán on the dashboard. Anything else you want me to take away?
- Aoife MulcahyNo, that's everything. Thanks, Marcus. It's good to see the numbers move.
- Marcus BellThanks, Aoife. Have a good weekend. Thanks, Marcus.
- Aoife MulcahyThanks a million, Aoife. Ha, sorry, Thanks a million, Marcus. Bye now.
