Transcript
- Tom AshdownRight, thanks for making the time. How are you both?
- Ian NuttallGood, mate. Keen to hear the numbers.
- Chris OpenshawYeah, let's get into it.
- Tom AshdownSo I'll walk you through the offer. Starter tier for Trevanion Marine: £6,000 implementation, four weeks. Then £19,500 a year for the subscription. First year all in is £25,500. Does that land okay?
- Chris OpenshawAnd that covers everything, the fifteen users, the dashboards, the whole thing?
- Tom AshdownYes. Fifteen users, search, chat, dashboards, four connectors. You can add more connectors or users later if you need them, that's an add-on.
- Ian NuttallWhat's the contract?
- Tom AshdownAnnual. So you sign for one year, then it renews. We'll want to sit down closer to renewal and talk about value, make sure we're delivering, but you're not locked in beyond the year.
- Chris OpenshawFair enough. And the implementation, you need things from us?
- Tom AshdownRead access to your systems, a point person on your side to champion the project, and a team to test with us as we build. Otherwise we handle it.
- Ian NuttallAnd you said you'd want to start in early December?
- Tom AshdownYes. So if we can get an order form signed by 24 November 2023, we'll kick off the first week of December, and you'd be live end of January, early February.
- Chris OpenshawOkay. What about support and SLAs?
- Tom AshdownStarter gives you four-hour first response on high-priority issues. There's a helpdesk, you email or call. Availability is 99.5%, so we're committing to that uptime. If we miss it, you get a five percent credit on your monthly fee.
- Ian NuttallAnd data freshness?
- Tom AshdownNightly refresh, complete by 07:00 your local time on business days. So every morning your dashboards are fresh.
- Chris OpenshawThis all sounds reasonable. What happens next?
- Tom AshdownI'll send you the order form and MSA. You review those with your legal if you need to, let me know if there are any questions or changes. Then we sign and we're off to the races.
- Ian NuttallWhen do you need it back by?
- Tom AshdownTo keep the timeline, 24 November 2023. So about a fortnight from now.
- Chris OpenshawWe'll need to look it over, but I think we can make that.
- Tom AshdownGreat. I'll get the paperwork to you tomorrow. If there are any questions in the meantime, just reach out.
- Ian NuttallWill do. Cheers, Tom.
- Tom AshdownBest, Ian. Cheers, Chris.
