What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lena Vogel, Head of Insight, saw the demo on her own connectors and said she was impressed. She asked about price and asked for materials to socialise internally. No decision yet; she will go back to her management team.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran the demo on anonymised Salesforce, TMS and finance data. Sophie Ling covered the architecture, the Enterprise tier and the twelve-week implementation.
Customer view: Lena asked about real-time freshness, the user pool and implementation length, then said she was impressed. She asked for case studies to socialise the proposal internally.
Commercial: Sophie quoted Enterprise at one-forty all-in, implementation and first year subscription together. A proposal conversation was offered but not yet booked.
Watch: Lena will loop in her management team and respond the following month, so the buying decision sits with people who were not on the call. The evidence does not show who they are.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Sophie Ling to send the deck, case studies and rough timeline promised on the call.
- Sophie Ling to book the proposal conversation once Lena has consulted her management team.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The decision needs management team approval and the evidence does not show who those people are or whether they will attend.
- Real-time expectations were probed, and nightly refresh may need managing against operational use.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Enterprise tier with SSO, Premium support, twenty connectors and 150 users fits a logistics firm with high shipment volume.
- Case studies from similar logistics companies could help Lena win internal backing.
Transcript
- Sophie LingMorning, Lena. Lovely to see you. Hannah's here, she's going to walk you through the demo today on your own data.
- Hannah LoweHi Lena. How are you? So I've had a look at your connectors. Salesforce for customer contracts, your TMS for shipments, finance system for invoices. We've built a little demo environment with anonymised data from each of those to show you how the brain brings them together.
- Lena VogelGreat. I'm keen to see how it handles the volume. We move a lot of shipments through the TMS every day.
- Hannah LoweAbsolutely. So the brain indexes everything: contracts, shipments, invoices. And you query across them in natural language. Let me show you. This is the chat interface. I'm asking, 'Show me all shipments for customer X in Q3 that went late.' Normally you'd have to jump between three systems. Here, the answer comes back with the shipments, the customer contract, the SLA terms, and the invoices for rework. One query.
- Lena VogelOkay, so is that real-time?
- Hannah LoweThe data refreshes nightly, complete by seven in the morning. It's fresh enough for most operational decisions. If you're making a call in the afternoon and you saw the morning's data, you're up to date.
- Lena VogelAnd what if I want to drill in further or build a report?
- Hannah LoweWe have two interfaces for that. One, you can keep chatting: refine the query, ask follow-ups. Two, we have a dashboards builder where you can build bespoke reports without code. Sophie, you want to walk through the architecture?
- Sophie LingSure. So the brain sits inside your Snowflake account. We don't move your data anywhere. We build connectors to pull from Salesforce, your TMS, finance, whatever systems you name. We load into Snowflake, build the unified schema, and then the interfaces: chat, search, dashboards, query against that. You control the data, you control who accesses it via SSO. Enterprise tier gives you that level of control, plus Premium support from a named engineer, twenty connectors, one-fifty users.
- Lena VogelOne-fifty users: is that per seat licence or?
- Hannah LoweIt's an included pool. You manage who's active in that pool. Some weeks you might have ninety active, some weeks one-twenty. As long as you're under one-fifty, there's no overage. If you need more, we'd talk about expanding.
- Lena VogelHow long is implementation?
- Sophie LingEnterprise is twelve weeks. First two weeks are security review. We make sure we understand your data governance and compliance needs. Then six weeks on connectors and data mapping. Final four weeks on testing, training, and optimisation.
- Lena VogelAnd who do we work with day-to-day?
- Sophie LingYou get Hannah as the lead: she owns the technical architecture and the connector design. I'm your commercial and strategic contact. And once you're live, you get assigned a named CSM for the support side.
- Lena VogelOkay, I'm impressed. What's the investment?
- Sophie LingEnterprise is one-forty all-in: implementation and first year subscription together. We'd have a proposal conversation after this demo if you're interested in moving forward.
- Lena VogelYeah, I'd like to. Can you send over some materials, case studies, that sort of thing, so I can socialise this internally?
- Sophie LingOf course. I'll send a deck, a couple of case studies from similar logistics companies, and a rough timeline. Happy to do another call if you want to drill into anything.
- Lena VogelGreat. I'll loop in my management team and get back to you next month.
- Sophie LingPerfect. Cheers, Lena. Speak soon.
