What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Karin Sjöberg accepted that about forty of 160 licensed users are active. Store managers lack time for another tool. She wants the value clear before Mats Eklund reviews the renewal.
What happened: Marcus Bell opened with usage, tickets and the renewal. Active users average about forty against 160 licensed on Enterprise, down around a tenth on the quarter before.
Customer view: Karin says store managers rate the answers but have no time to open another tool. Customer service uses it daily, e-commerce mostly the same three people. She raised data freshness as a trust issue with the stores.
Commercial: The term ends on 31 May 2026 and the contracted annual value is £103k, invoiced and paid. Karin expects Mats to ask what the return is and will not discuss the contract on this call.
Watch: Adoption sits with a small group, which is a key-person and right-sizing risk for the user count at renewal. Tom Ashdown owns the commercial side.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Marcus Bell to send the who-is-asking-what list, the ticket detail and a draft store page.
- Karin Sjöberg to ask the commercial team writer about the weekly note.
- Marcus Bell to arrange a review with Mats Eklund and Linnea Holm later in the month, with numbers sent first.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Only about forty of 160 licensed Enterprise users are active, so the finance director may question the return at renewal.
- Store managers do not use the brain and say they do not trust stale data.
- A small group asks most of the questions.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Linking answers into the weekly sales note could bring the stores in without a new tool.
- A short store page with a freshness line gives Karin something simple to show managers.
Transcript
- Marcus BellHello Karin, can you hear me alright? I think my headset was playing up earlier.
- Karin SjöbergYes, I hear you well. Hello Marcus. How are you? How has your week been so far?
- Marcus BellBusy, but good, thanks. Tuesday, so I'm still catching up from Monday. And you? Is it still grey in Stockholm?
- Karin SjöbergA little. The sun came out this morning, then went again. But we are not complaining, the stores are busy with the spring garden range, so people are in a good mood.
- Marcus BellGood to hear. Right, thanks for making time over lunch. I'll share my screen in a second and say what I want to cover. Just a check-in, nothing heavy. Usage over the last quarter, the tickets you've raised, and then a word on the renewal at the end of the month.
- Karin SjöbergThat sounds fine. Please, go ahead.
- Marcus BellOkay, can you see the usage page? It should be the Lindqvarn workspace, last ninety days.
- Karin SjöbergYes, I see it. The line goes a little down at the right side.
- Marcus BellIt does, and I'd rather say it than have you spot it. You're licensed for one hundred and sixty users on Enterprise. Active users over the last thirty days are averaging about forty. That's down a bit on the quarter before, somewhere around a tenth.
- Karin SjöbergMm. Yes. I have seen this also. Forty out of one hundred and sixty is not so many.
- Marcus BellNo, though I wouldn't read it only as bad. The ones who are in there are asking a decent number of questions. It's more that the wider group, the store managers especially, haven't picked it up the way we hoped when we started.
- Karin SjöbergThis is true. What do the stores say? I asked this last month, in the regional meeting. The managers say the answers are good but they do not have time to open another tool in the middle of the day.
- Marcus BellRight, that's useful. So it's habit more than value.
- Karin SjöbergI think so. Customer service use it every day. E-commerce use it, mostly the same three people. The stores, only when I send them a page and say, please look at this.
- Marcus BellThat matches what I see. A lot of the questions come from a small group. I've pulled the numbers, and I can send you the list of who's asking what, if that helps you with the store managers.
- Karin SjöbergYes, please. I would like to see it. We should anchor this in something the stores already do. Maybe the weekly sales note. If the answer comes there, they do not need to open anything new.
- Marcus BellThat's a good idea. Could the pages be linked from the weekly note? Then it's one click rather than a login and a search.
- Karin SjöbergPerhaps. Let us think about it together. I need to speak to the person who writes the note, she is in the commercial team. I do not want to promise before I ask her.
- Marcus BellOf course. No rush on that. Shall we leave it with you, and I'll prepare a short page the stores could use, a segment view with just the few things they ask for?
- Karin SjöbergYes. That would be good. Not too many numbers. Store managers like a simple page.
- Marcus BellUnderstood. Let me move to tickets. There were three in the last thirty days, and one of them was marked high priority.
- Karin SjöbergYes, I remember. That was from Linnea, I think. She wrote when one of the sources did not refresh in the morning.
- Marcus BellThat sounds like the one. It was picked up inside the Enterprise response time and it's closed now. The other two were how-to questions, nothing worrying. I'll send you the detail of all three after the call so you have it.
- Karin SjöbergThank you. And the data now, is it fresh each morning? Because if the data is old, the store managers will not trust it. They tell me this directly.
- Marcus BellFair challenge. The nightly refresh is meant to be complete by seven in the morning your time, every business day. Looking at the last month, apart from that one morning, it's been on time. I can add a freshness line to the page for the stores so they can see when it last updated.
- Karin SjöbergYes, that would help. If they can see it themselves, then I do not have to explain.
- Marcus BellAgreed. Okay, last bit, the renewal. Your term ends on 31 May 2026 and the new term would start on 1 Jun 2026. Contracted annual value is one hundred and three thousand pounds, and that's what's been invoiced, all paid, nothing overdue.
- Karin SjöbergYes. Mats will look at this, of course. He always compares with the plan for the year. He will ask what is the return, and I want to be ready.
- Marcus BellSure. That's partly why I raised the usage so openly. I'd suggest we do a proper review with Mats and Linnea later this month, so we can show him the questions asked and the segments you've joined up. Happy to jump on a call.
- Karin SjöbergI think that is good. Mats prefers to receive the numbers first, before the meeting. Then he can read them quietly.
- Marcus BellNoted. I'll send a short pack ahead of it. On the commercial side, anything about the contract itself would go through Tom Ashdown, he's your account owner. I'll make sure Tom knows we've spoken.
- Karin SjöbergOkay. That is fine. I will not discuss the contract today, I only want the value to be clear.
- Marcus BellPerfect. So, to recap. I send you the list of who's asking what, the ticket detail, and a first draft of a simple store page. You speak to the colleague who writes the weekly note. And we find time for the review with Mats.
- Karin SjöbergYes. I think this is right. Thank you Marcus, it was a calm and honest conversation.
- Marcus BellThanks Karin, speak soon. Enjoy the rest of the week.
- Karin SjöbergYou also. Hej då.
