What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On the 16 Apr 2026 call, Lindqvarn Retail said use is still growing despite four tickets, two high priority. The CFO still needs the £114k explained line by line, and Accounts Payable needs the signed order form.
What happened: Marcus Bell reported active users up by about a fifth on the quarter before. Tickets rose to four in the last month, two flagged high priority, and he promised a write-up with timings against Enterprise response times.
Customer view: Mats Eklund asked whether the tickets change the value. Karin Sjöberg said she did not think so, because use is growing, and she wants to anchor the renewal on what they have and discuss additions separately.
Commercial: Tom Ashdown restated £103k a year today and £114k as the total deal value on the proposal. Mats cannot agree a change on a call and needs to be able to explain the difference.
Watch: Annika Lund joined for invoicing and will not set anything up until she has the signed order form. The 6 May 2026 target is unchanged, and the evidence does not show the outcome.

Transcript
- Marcus BellAfternoon, everyone. Can you hear me alright? I'll share my screen in a minute, just waiting on Tom to join.
- Karin SjöbergGood afternoon, Marcus. Yes, I hear you. How are you all?
- Tom AshdownSorry, sorry, I'm here. Bit of a fight with the headset. How's everyone's week been? Nice and quiet, I hope.
- Karin SjöbergNot so quiet, but it is fine. Annika is joining us today, since she will handle the invoice side if we renew.
- Annika LundHello, everyone. I am here to listen mostly, and to ask about the invoicing when it is the right moment.
- Mats EklundGood afternoon. I have the agenda. Where we are on the renewal, the numbers, and the open points. Correct?
- Tom AshdownThat's it, Mats. We've got the proposal out with you, so today's really about what's still open. Marcus, a quick word on usage first?
- Marcus BellYeah, quickly. I've pulled the numbers again and active users are still up on the quarter before, by about a fifth this time. So it's holding up. There were four tickets in the last month, and two of them were flagged high priority. I'd like to be straight about that, I know it's more than last time.
- Karin SjöbergYes, I saw those. I was in touch with the team about them. They were handled, but I would like us to talk it through, so that the stores are not affected again.
- Marcus BellOf course. I'll send you the write-up on both, with the timings, so you can see how they went against the Enterprise response times. I'm not going to promise anything from engineering on a call, but I'll tell you plainly what I know.
- Mats EklundDoes it change the value?
- Karin SjöbergI do not think so, Mats. The use is growing, and that is the best sign. But I would not like to hide the tickets from you.
- Mats EklundGood. Then the numbers. Tom.
- Tom AshdownRight. So to recap where we are. Contract ends 31 May 2026, renewal would start 1 Jun 2026. You're at £103,000 a year today, on the order form and on the invoices. The renewal deal on the proposal is £113,500, and that's the total deal value, I wouldn't call it the yearly figure until I've put the breakdown in front of you. I sent that in writing, but I know it's easy to lose in the inbox.
- Mats EklundI have it. What I need to understand is the difference to what we pay now. I do not agree a change on a call. But I need to be able to explain it.
- Tom AshdownTotally fair. Let me do this properly: I'll send a one page explainer showing what makes up the £113,500, line by line, and what the position is for the term after. Leave that with me, and I'll have it with you before the end of the week.
- Mats EklundYes. And next year? I would like to know if this is stable.
- Tom AshdownThat goes in the same note, Mats. I'd rather you saw it in black and white than took my word from a call.
- Karin SjöbergTom, one question from the business side. If we keep one hundred and sixty users, but the stores use it more, is there any change in what we have? I would like to understand that before I speak to the store managers.
- Marcus BellNo, the licence covers the one hundred and sixty. Activity can grow without touching that. What we'd watch is whether you want more sources connected, and we can look at that together.
- Karin SjöbergGood. Then we should anchor the renewal on what we have, and discuss additions separately.
- Tom AshdownWorks for me. Keeps it clean.
- Annika LundMay I ask about invoicing now? Is the invoice annual, in advance, as before? And the payment terms, are they the same?
- Tom AshdownAnnual in advance, same as now, and thirty day terms as standard. If you'd rather go quarterly, that can be asked for. I'll put it in the note too so you've got it in one place.
- Annika LundThank you. Then I will need the signed order form before I can set it up on our side. Not before. Please send it to me as well when it is ready.
- Tom AshdownWill do. Annika, you'll be copied on the order form from the start.
- Mats EklundThe target date is 6 May 2026, correct?
- Tom AshdownThat's the date I've got for it, yes. 6 May 2026, which leaves a good gap before the term ends.
- Mats EklundGood. Then I wait for the numbers. I check them against the store investment plan and the e-commerce budget. After that I can say.
- Karin SjöbergI will gather what the stores say in the meantime, so Mats has it with the numbers. Let us think about it together next week.
- Marcus BellPerfect. So, from me, the ticket write-up and the usage note go to Karin. Tom sends the breakdown to Mats and Annika. Anything I've missed?
- Tom AshdownThat's the lot, I think. Cheers, everyone, good chat.
- Annika LundThank you, goodbye.
- Mats EklundThank you. Goodbye.
