What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo on Lindqvarn's own comments. Johan backs it if connector go-live is committed in writing. Karin is close but wants one more internal conversation with the stores before saying yes. Total deal value quoted: £129k.
What happened: Hannah showed segments, returns and security on Lindqvarn's own data. Tom gave the Enterprise total deal value as £129k, not a yearly figure.
Customer view: Johan is in favour and wants a short pilot with his category managers. Karin said she believes they are close but does not want to rush.
Commercial: Johan's condition is a firm connector go-live commitment for the autumn campaign, which the order form can carry. Finance will ask about payment terms and the first term.
Watch: Karin wants stores represented before she says yes. Tom is aiming at Tuesday 18 March 2025 but offered more time. Open items for BG-Demo: written answers on logging and staff access, the connector list with go-live days, and the Finnish comment results.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Hannah Lowe to send written answers on logging and staff access, the connector list with go-live days, and the Finnish comment results this week.
- Tom Ashdown to send the terms and a note of the call, and offer to speak to Lindqvarn finance directly.
- Johan Berglund to confirm the platform contact is available for a short call with Hannah.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Karin wants one more internal conversation with the stores before saying yes, so the 18 Mar 2025 target could slip.
- Johan's support depends on a firm connector go-live commitment for the autumn campaign.
- Finance has yet to raise payment terms and first-term questions.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Enterprise tier with SSO and SCIM matches the security and provisioning interest raised on the call.
- A short pilot with Johan's category managers could build early adoption.
Transcript
- Karin SjöbergGood morning. I think I am first here. How is everyone?
- Tom AshdownMorning, Karin. Right as rain, thanks. Hannah's just coming in. How was the rest of your week after we last spoke?
- Karin SjöbergGood, quieter. I sent the segment definitions and the comments, did they arrive?
- Hannah LoweThey did, thank you, and hello. They were really useful. I've loaded them into the demo workspace, so today I can show you your own words rather than mine.
- Johan BerglundHello, I am here. Sorry, I was in another meeting that finished late.
- Tom AshdownNo bother at all. Hannah, over to you. Same question as before, what does everyone most need today?
- Karin SjöbergTwo things. We should see the segments working on real comments. And I would like our IT lead to hear the answer on security, she is listening in the background but not on camera.
- Hannah LoweLovely. Hello to her, then. I'll do segments first, then security, then connectors, and leave time at the end for the commercial side.
- Hannah LoweSharing now. This is the workspace with your comments. I'll ask: what are customers in the first-home segment saying about delivery, across the Nordic countries.
- Hannah LoweThere. It's grouped the comments by theme, and you can see Swedish and Danish comments sit together. To be precise, I've read a sample of these myself, and the groupings held up, but a few Finnish ones were weaker. I'd want your team to judge that, not take my word.
- Karin SjöbergYes, I looked at them on Friday. Most are right. What do the stores say about the Finnish ones? We should ask a store manager to check.
- Johan BerglundCan I see the return rates next to the same segment? That is what I asked about last time.
- Hannah LoweYes, give me a moment. I'll ask the question the way you'd ask it.
- Hannah LoweAnd here it is. Returns by category for that segment, with the support contacts beside them. You can click through to the underlying rows.
- Johan BerglundGood. That would have been a week of work for us. I would still want it to refresh every night.
- Hannah LoweIt does. The nightly refresh completes early each business day, and you can see the last refresh time on every page.
- Hannah LoweRight, security. Karin's IT lead, please stop me whenever. The brain is built and run inside your Snowflake account. We don't hold a copy of your data. Access to what people can see is controlled by the roles you set. On Enterprise there's single sign-on and automated user provisioning, so leavers are removed when your directory says so.
- Karin SjöbergOur IT lead asks, where are the logs kept, and who can read them?
- Hannah LoweI want to answer that properly. The activity logs sit in your account, so you control who reads them. For anything about our own staff access, I'll check with our security lead and put it in writing rather than answer from memory.
- Karin SjöbergThat is good. She says that is the right answer.
- Hannah LoweNow connectors. I spoke to your platform team contact, Johan, thank you for that. The web shop data can be read directly if it lands in Snowflake, and I understand it does for most of it. A couple of fields come from a separate system, and that needs a connector. So the short answer is yes. The longer answer is that I'd list them in the order form with a clear number of days for each to go live.
- Johan BerglundThat works for me. My concern was whether it would be live for the autumn campaign. If there is a firm commitment, I can recommend it.
- Tom AshdownThat's what the commitment is for. Connectors named in the order form carry a go-live promise, so it's in writing, not just something said on a call.
- Tom AshdownCan I do the money bit now? I sent the summary round. The total deal value on it is £129,000 for Enterprise. That's the whole deal, not a yearly figure, so I'll set out in the order form exactly how it splits between implementation and the subscription. If anything doesn't match what I've said here, the paper wins, and I'll confirm every line.
- Karin SjöbergThank you, that is clear. Finance has seen the number. They will ask about payment terms and the first term, I think.
- Tom AshdownI'd expect them to. Leave that with me, I'll put the terms alongside the summary, and I'm happy to talk to your finance person directly if it helps.
- Johan BerglundFrom e-commerce, I am in favour. I would like a short pilot with my category managers before everything goes live.
- Hannah LoweThat's sensible. In the first weeks we'd start with the helpdesk and the web shop data and put your category managers on it early, so you learn what to ask.
- Karin SjöbergLet us think about it together. I believe we are close, but I would like one more internal conversation, with the stores represented, before I say yes. I do not want to rush it.
- Tom AshdownAbsolutely, no rush from us. We're aiming at Tuesday 18 March 2025, as before, but if you need a few days more, tell me and we'll work around it.
- Karin SjöbergThank you. That is kind. I will say by early next week where we are.
- Hannah LoweSo from me: written answers on the logging and staff access question, the connector list with go-live days, and the Finnish comment results for your store manager. All of it this week.
- Johan BerglundAnd I will confirm the platform contact is available for a short call with Hannah.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. I'll send the terms and a note of today. Anything else before we go? No? Cheers then, thanks all.
- Karin SjöbergThank you, everyone. Vänliga hälsningar.
- Hannah LoweThanks, all. Speak soon.
