What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on Copperlane data to Rebecca Nuttall, Ian Brearley and Wayne Entwistle. Rebecca asked the price, heard £26k for year one, and said she wants to move forward after talking to Mark and Dan.
What happened: Priya Raman and Hannah Lowe ran the demo on 2025-04-07. Wayne saw one query return payroll runs and tickets together, and Ian asked about integration and security.
Customer view: Rebecca asked about cost and support, then said "I need to chat with Mark and Dan about it, but I'd like to move forward." Mark and Dan are not otherwise identified.
Commercial: Priya quoted the Starter plan at £26k all-in for the first year, with four business hours' support response. Wayne asked about building dashboards, and Hannah said on Starter she builds them, with self-serve on higher plans.
Watch: Snowflake was still described as something Copperlane must set up. Mark and Dan's role in the decision is not shown.

Transcript
- Priya RamanGood morning, everyone. Thanks for joining. So today Hannah's going to walk you through the brain and show you what it does with your data. Please stop us if you have questions along the way.
- Hannah LoweMorning, all. So what I've done is set up a demo with some of your actual data: clients, payroll runs, invoices, helpdesk tickets. The brain's connected to all of those systems. I'm going to show you a few scenarios that I think are realistic for how your team would use it day to day.
- Rebecca NuttallSounds good.
- Hannah LoweSo, first scenario, a client calls about a payroll problem. Wayne, you take the call. I ask the brain: 'Show me all payroll runs for this client in the last three months, and any helpdesk tickets they've raised about payroll.' And here's the answer. Everything in one place, all the runs, both tickets they've raised.
- Wayne EntwistleRight, so I don't have to jump between the system and the spreadsheet?
- Hannah LoweExactly. One question, one answer. And the data refreshes every night, so it's always current.
- Ian BrearleyHow do you actually connect to our systems? Is it a big integration project?
- Hannah LoweGood question. We build connectors to each system you use: your accounting software, your helpdesk, whatever else. We've already built those for the systems you've mentioned. The data lives in Snowflake, which you'd need to set up on your side, but our setup process is pretty straightforward. For Starter, it's typically four weeks end-to-end.
- Rebecca NuttallAnd what does it cost?
- Priya RamanSo the Starter plan, all-in for the first year, is £25,500. That covers the subscription, the implementation, and four weeks of our time getting you live.
- Ian BrearleyHow many users is that?
- Hannah LoweStarter gives you 15 users and four connectors. So you'd have access to your accounting system, your helpdesk, and a couple of spare connectors if you want to add something else down the line.
- Rebecca NuttallWhat about support if something goes wrong?
- Priya RamanYou get our standard support, we come back within four business hours on any issue. And Hannah's right, the data refreshes every night automatically.
- Hannah LoweLet me show you another use case. Someone wants to see everything about a client: all invoices, all calls, all tickets. I can ask for that and build a dashboard showing it all. So you could track whatever matters to your team.
- Wayne EntwistleCould we build our own dashboards, or do you have to do it?
- Hannah LoweOn Starter, I'd build them for you. But if you grow to one of our higher plans, you get the ability to self-serve.
- Rebecca NuttallAnd if we need more users or connectors later?
- Priya RamanNo problem. We can add them as you scale. There's pricing for each add-on and we'd update your contract.
- Hannah LoweAnything else about how it works?
- Ian BrearleyIs the data secure? Where's it stored?
- Hannah LoweThe brain runs inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays with you, we don't hold a copy. Snowflake's encrypted, SOC 2 certified. We've got role-based access control so you can decide who sees what.
- Rebecca NuttallOkay. So what happens next?
- Priya RamanIf you're interested, we move to a proposal: we'd lay out the terms, the price, the timeline, which connectors we're setting up, all of that. Then we schedule implementation. Does that sound right?
- Rebecca NuttallYeah, I think so. I need to chat with Mark and Dan about it, but I'd like to move forward.
- Priya RamanBrilliant. I'll get a proposal to you. Hannah, thanks for the demo.
- Hannah LoweThanks, all. Speak soon.
