What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding call on 12 Mar 2024. CRM, helpdesk and call recordings are ingesting; the finance connector is failing on credentials. Go-live is held until all four connectors are stable.
What happened: Callie Brennan reviewed connector status with Natasha Pryor and Ravi Riley. Three connectors are ingesting and finance is on hold pending a credential refresh.
Customer view: Ravi confirmed the mappings look correct on the live connectors. Natasha agreed to push the finance team to sort the key.
Commercial: Value is not yet visible to users, because the brain does not go live until all four connectors are stable. The finance key is the single blocker to go-live.
Watch: Natasha's side owns the finance key, with a Thursday deadline. Daniel takes the account after go-live; the evidence does not show his surname or role.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Natasha Pryor to check the finance API key with her finance team by Thursday.
- Ravi Riley to confirm the mappings on the three live connectors back to Callie Brennan.
- Callie Brennan to test the key, run a refresh, then schedule go-live with Daniel.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The finance connector is failing on credentials, so go-live cannot happen until it is fixed.
- The fix depends on the customer's finance team, which may rotate keys without telling anyone.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Once all four connectors are stable, a first query test with Natasha and Ravi can build confidence in the data.
Transcript
- Callie BrennanRavi, Natasha, thanks for jumping on. I wanted to run through where we are with the connectors, which ones are live, which ones need a bit more work.
- Ravi RileyRight, so we got the CRM and the helpdesk live. Finance is still failing, something about the credentials.
- Callie BrennanOK, so for finance, can you check that the API key you gave me is still valid? Sometimes your finance team rotates them without telling anyone.
- Natasha PryorI'll check with them.
- Callie BrennanBefore we switch on the refresh for finance, I need to make sure the mapping is right. The chart of accounts, are the account names matching what you're seeing in the system?
- Ravi RileyYeah, the mappings look correct from what I can see.
- Callie BrennanGood. And the call recording system, are those loading?
- Ravi RileyYeah, that one came through fine.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. So where we are: CRM, helpdesk, calls are all ingesting. Finance is on hold pending credential refresh. Can you get back to me by Thursday on the finance key?
- Natasha PryorYeah, I'll push them to sort it.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. Once that's sorted, the refresh should land cleanly. Right now the brain is pulling three connectors, but it's not going live until all four are stable. Can't put half-baked data in front of your users.
- Ravi RileyMakes sense. When should I be expecting the first query test?
- Callie BrennanOnce all four are live and we've got a full refresh, I'll run a test query with you, just a simple one, make sure the data's sensible. Then you and Natasha can have a go.
- Natasha PryorWhat am I testing for?
- Callie BrennanJust sanity, does the data make sense? If I ask for all properties with arrears over a grand, do the numbers look right? If we pull call records from a specific tenant, are we getting the right dates? That kind of thing.
- Ravi RileyGot it.
- Callie BrennanSo action items: Natasha checks with finance on the API key by Thursday. Ravi, you're happy with the mappings on the three live connectors, just confirm that back to me. I'll sit tight until I hear the finance piece is sorted, then we go live.
- Natasha PryorHow long once you get the finance key?
- Callie BrennanDay or two. I'll test it, run a refresh, make sure it's stable. Then we schedule the final go-live with Daniel.
- Ravi RileyAnd after that, who do I call if something breaks?
- Callie BrennanDaniel will send you handover notes. Me if it's during implementation, Daniel after go-live. But you'll have a setup guide, most common issues are just credential refreshes or a system change on your end.
- Natasha PryorAlright, sounds good.
- Callie BrennanRight, I'll sit on this until I hear from you on the finance key. Cheers, both.
