Problem: Matthew Grice reported that dashboards became extremely slow with all queries timing out and some users getting errors after minutes. The entire user base of 25 was affected simultaneously.
Handling: Bethan Lister began investigation, asking whether the slowdown was system-wide and requesting specific response times. She suggested a cache clear as a first troubleshooting step.
Watch: The ticket shows the problem report and initial investigation but does not document resolution or root cause.

We've got 25 users on the system and everyone's affected. Some people are getting errors after a couple of minutes. Is this a known issue or something on our end? I'm checking our logs now. While I do that, can you try clearing your browser cache and running a test query? I want to see if it's a local issue or system-wide.
